I’m pretty sure it’s going to be Conte & I’m not going to complain.

Say what you want about Bruno but I’ve never seen a single player speak negatively of him, yet multiple go out of their way to say positives— goes right the way from youth to 1st team to intl team, past & present. I’d back that evidence over whatever questionable things we see.
Love Bruno for everything he’s done & appreciate it but ultimately when the get going gets tough as a club i want my captain rallying the troops. Not waving his arms around. Not chatting nonsense in interviews. Not hiding in his coat. Not legging it to the bench by himself straight after HT 2 mins before everyone came out. The lot of them are all pathetic spineless clowns.

Using this game in isolation, Carrick genuinely deserves more of the blame than the players.
Emotional exit by Michael Carrick as fans sing his name. A farewell? Supporters turn on players once Carrick down tunnel. #MUFC

He should’ve got so much more support than he’s had, but he’s managed what he does have horribly.

We play with a -1 in possession with Mbeumo, & there was absolutely no need for it today. Zirkzee should be playing.
Replying to @WakoCD_
This isn’t JZ prop, he should’ve gone in the summer, but he didn’t & anything positive will come from direct, central progression, & he supports that better than anyone [we have].

These players genuinely look like they’ve never met each other before— no connection whatsoever.

Baleba is very Uncle Miro in possession— certainly capable of that worldy long / first time pass, but more often than not leads to a wasteful loss of possession.

This wind is a joke— anything in the air is anyone’s ball. Reckon the heaviest team wins.

Please & thank you— JZ & Mbeumo starting bare minimum.
Bruno Fernandes has been left out of Manchester United’s starting line-up against Bournemouth. Head coach Michael Carrick has decided to drop United’s captain to the bench as he bids to turn around his team’s form in a pivotal moment. Fernandes, 32, questioned his team’s tactics after their 4-1 loss to Como on Wednesday night. It was United’s seventh game without a win, and the result prompted Carrick to apologise to supporters. 433 is nice in theory, but look at the remotely successful 433 teams & compare their wingers to ours. #WeCannohCompete.

Running the numbers yet clearly has no interest in our running numbers.
🚨 | Michael Sansoni, #mufc's Director of Data & AI, is involved in running the numbers at United. He is said to be growing in influence and has a good connection with Ratcliffe. [@lauriewhitwell, @TheAthleticFC]

Need someone who players want to play for— the ‘This is Manchester United’ gene is on its last legs, we’re not throwing money like we used to, all we’ve got left is “You get to play with Kobbie Mainoo”. Respectfully, you’re not getting this with a Hurzeler / Hoeneß.
We can’t be our next manager’s first bad bitch.

For reference, Tomori is a pretty accurate representation of Carrick’s managerial career in player form. Good things still come from the Championship: — Maresca, Kompany, Nuno, Howe But they’d all done two things first: got promoted AND won the thing.
Managers at Utd have consistently failed, but picture their managerial careers as if they were players and ask: “Would you expect that player to succeed at Utd?”

You can even go deeper & look at the influencers of such successful managers (joke how many of them involve interaction w/ Pep). ten Hag should’ve been the one— had so much going for him, just think he lacked the character.

Now, in that context, compare what we’ve had with the more successful managers in recent years, & you realise both how low our standards became &/or how perfect the environment (backroom staff, support, recruitment & players) would’ve needed to be for them to succeed.

IDENTITY. Try do anything without a clear purpose & you will not reach your desired goal with the same efficiency. It goes for all walks of life.
The two teams with the clearest footballing identity have made the final.
