Would it be rude to adaptthis 🙏🏽. The reality is that as we progress in our education and careers we build layers a bit like layers of a wedding cake. So instead of 1D pie chart it becomes a 3D cake with each layer representing different skills sets and behaviour🙏🏽
We have nearly completed all our interviews. we just need a paediatrician/paeds nurse and an anaesthetist /critical care person of BME origin to complete our book @RCPCHPresident @RCoANews please can you help us with this @TulsiF

@NHS_RHO I just wanted to share an update on our project of a book which will celebrate the ethnic diversity of the NHS. So far we have interviewed around 50 people from all across the NHS to share stories of their journey in the NHS and inspire our future workforce.
We are in the closing stages of our interviews for our book but still need the inclusion of paramedic/technician of BME background to participate in our book celebrating the ethic diversity of the NHS please can you share this @TulsiF @NatAmbBME 🙏🏽
