(If you're of the PC persuasion, you may stop reading.) But it got me thinking. According to the fact-checkers, Oregon has merely "suspended certain proficiency checks while reevaluating educational standards". Instead of testing student proficiency in "essential skills", it has instead shifted the focus to "equity". In other words, it has decided to rig the grading system to ensure that illiterate, innumerate Black students achieve the same outcomes as higher-performing non-black students. The actual situation to which the post refers is very real. Most young Blacks appear to be mentally incompetent even after many futile years of taxpayer-subsidized play-skool. A few of them make it through with something resembling a normal education; we applaud their success and wish them well in life. But for the rest of them, it often turns out to have been a waste of time and money. The failure of our public education system is a national emergency. Primary and secondary public schools have been converted into 9am-to-4pm juvenile detention / indoctrination centers in which real, educable students are threatened and assaulted by ineducable delinquents who can barely write a sentence if they can write at all. If the point of education is not to develop proficiency in reading, writing, math, and other useful subjects, then it has no point whatsoever. In fact, we not only have the problem of ineducable delinquents making free with our so-called education system at the expense of better students and the economic future of our country, but another problem on top of that: a government that wants it that way and does everything in its power to make sure that we have no way out. In short, we have a government controlled by foreigners hostile to our national interests, unrepresentative of the US majority, and therefore unqualified to run an education system let alone govern a nation. In Oregon, the academic requirements for HS graduates are as follows: A minimum of 24 credits must be earned across specific subjects including "language arts" (including "ebonics") and "required math knowledge" (4 credits required). "Math knowledge" seems to mean "enough addition and subtraction to handle personal finance" (3 credits required). The trouble, of course, is that Black students are now typically awarded those required credits whether or not they have actually been earned. And here's the kicker: graduates must also have 3 credits in, now get this, "Civics and inclusive instruction in Tribal History, Holocaust, Genocide, and Ethnic studies" This brings us around to the main theme of this post: there is nothing in these requirements that would do anything whatsoever to solve the problems of Black / nonwhite economic dependency, criminality, and general animosity and antisocial behavior, and the last requirement seems designed to exacerbate these problems. Like it or not, there is a very strong statistical correlation between "blackness" and criminal behavior as reflected in ubiquitous street violence and stratospheric crime statistics. Not to mention the problem of irresponsible reproduction by indigent welfare mothers and deadbeat "baby daddies", and intellectual incapacity related to the fact that as scientifically measured, mean Black intelligence falls somewhere between the former and current modified standards for mental retardation. So why is there a requirement for PC indoctrination evidently designed to make Blacks even more racist, resentful, and ungovernable than they already are? The species Homo sapiens is defined on sapience, or the ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on knowledge and experience. If Blacks are ineducable and therefore mentally incompetent, thus requiring DEI reclassification by fiat (especially when judicially excused for rape, robbery, assault, and homicide on the grounds that they lack the mental capacity to distinguish right from wrong), then they are non-sapient with respect to normal standards of mental competence. Like it or not, the implication is that in the mean, they are not entirely human. Animals allowed to run loose in public areas are legally required to be domesticated, tightly controlled and subject to physical restraint by their owners, or at the very least, trained to be non-aggressive toward members of the public. Animals that display unprovoked aggression or predation toward the public must be removed for reasons of public safety. There's no way out of this. When human beings share their social environment with animals, and those animals become aggressive toward human beings in public spaces, they are subject to the same laws and rules as those applied to vicious dogs, venomous reptiles, man-eating tigers, and rogue grizzly bears, which are generally euthanized or hunted down and shot. Furthermore, those who knowingly loose such animals on society, including judges, district attorneys, and police, are operating in reckless violation of established legal standards. It follows that they should be held professionally and financially liable and in some cases criminally prosecuted for the harm done by those animals. The federal and state governments could be sued on the same grounds. Of course, one might argue that Blacks are legally defined as human beings no matter how ineducable and aggressive they might be. But human beings are not legally defined. They are biologically defined, and biology does not speak legalese. In fact, it can be cogently argued that the biological differences between European caucasoids (Homo sapiens) and African negroids puts them in very distinct species on purely biological grounds. This may be hard to swallow - in fact, I'm sure it is for many - but there is no real scientific argument to the contrary. Whether or not the Governor of Oregon would be justified in such a ruling, such a ruling might as well already be in effect. To put it starkly, it often seems that human beings are endangered by a highly aggressive, cognitively subhuman species - or at best, a human subspecies - that is breeding without limit and preying on White people 24/7 in every US city, and exceptions merely prove the point. In short, we are in a state of dire emergency. With no further delay, we must begin the "national conversation about race" called for by President Obama in 2008, and it must be honest for a change. Denying the existence of race and the problems attending racial differences is anything but honest. We've discussed the very real biological differences between Whites and Blacks on several previous occasions, so we need not pretend that this is coming out of the blue. Blacks must either be held to the same standards as Whites and Asians, or any scientific counterarguments justify their reclassification as a primitive species distinct from mainstream humanity. Either (1) Blacks are fully human and can help us solve this problem by reaching way down deep, overcoming any attitude problems that may have been degrading their comportment, and elevating their mental and behavioral performance to normal standards applying to Homo sapiens, OR (2) Blacks are powerless to do anything about their cognitive and behavioral problems and will remain a dead weight on civilized society unless they are excluded from participation or greatly reduced in number. One thing is for sure: only by acknowledging social and biological reality can we have an honest, coherent national conversation about the ramifications, and only after we have such a conversation can we develop a working solution for the problem.

My grandfather came to the US from Wales, where I have many relatives. Until recently, Blacks were very rare in Wales. Historically, there was a handful in seaports functioning as maritime labor. The reason that the UK is now saturated with negroes who falsely claim that Blacks were an important factor in UK history is that they were lured to Britain by the same evil miscreants who have been using them to disrupt and destroy every White nation on Earth through mass migration. As a diversion for Jews in particular, they call this "tikkun olam", or "repairing the world". They do this because they imagine that the world exists for them and them alone. (They feel the same way about Jews as they do about Blacks, but mislead them in order to use them as human shields and an easily manipulated political bloc.) Unfortunately, Ziobanksters obtained control over the Western money supply and the global economy despite being morally indistinguishable from Satan incarnate. They hate White Christians and their nations. They also hate negroes, whom they find beneath consideration as anything but demographic sludge to be imported for the purpose of clogging and ruining the machinery of Western Civilization, but try to hide this obvious fact to disguise their real intentions. In order to justify the evil they have already done, they seek to convince everyone that jungle-bred African primitives were always an important part of European history and genetics when they are actually nothing of the kind. At most, their ancestors were sold to slavers or employed as useful idiots in the thousand-year conquest of Europe by Muslim invaders. Blacks were imported to the West as slaves for the express purpose of (1) making fast money for ME slavers on terms that the Christian World has never accepted, and (2) reversing the social evolution and contaminating the genome of Western civilization in order to fold it up for oligarchic domination. The population of Africa has a mean IQ two or more standard deviations below that of indigenous Europeans. Technically, this amounts to mental retardation (and that's not an exaggeration). In fact, even if Black mean IQ were only one standard deviation below the mean (as it is questionably said to be in the US), this would still qualify as borderline retardation and would make fully half of the black population mentally retarded. This has all but destroyed the US public education system. Statistically, Blacks also have what appears to be a congenital predisposition toward much higher-than-average violent criminality. Under these circumstances, there was never any real possibility that blacks could participate constructively in Western society without very serious (and very expensive) "special attention". That's simply not how things work. There are a few exceptions, who deserve all the more credit for beating the odds. I applaud their individual achievements. However, they are a drop in the bucket both historically and economically, and despite many years and trillions of dollars in support, they have not succeeded in steering their ethnic cohort in the right direction. Black identity politics, pumped by the Ziobankster-founded and Ziobankster-controlled UN and modern Israel along with Ziobankster political whores, has seen to that. Other forms of identity politics - notably Islam and Judaism, into which identity politics was deliberately built as a core ingredient - function in the same destructive way. Things might have worked out if these problems had been rationally approached. For example, Blacks could have been intensively conditioned to submit to real educational standards and avoid actual real-world punishment as criminals, and it would eventually have had a positive effect. Instead, they have been rewarded for substandard performance, and the profligate reproduction of their least-adaptive elements has been lavishly subsidized at White expense. We may therefore infer that having a positive effect on humanity is not what Zionism is about. The Ziobanksters want to mongrelize humanity and use AI to lock it down instead.
