The best moment of the 2026 NFL draft.
Navy RB Eli Heidenreich saluted the mirror after his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers drafted him.
It's enough to make a grown man cry ❤️

Knowing that Navy DT Landon Robinson’s dad is a #Bengals fan, to see him get drafted by the Bengals — and the emotion afterward — is really wholesome.
The “Who Dey” chant afterward is great too.

Meant to be! New #Bengals DT Landon Robinson, who grew up in Ohio:
“My dad always watched the Bengals. He was a big Bengals fan. So it’d be really cool to play for them.”

Body language is very important. How you carry yourself in tough times screams out loud. It can also inspire others to persevere through tough times, if done correctly.
As a coach, when I see a player with bad body language, I want to go straight at them. It’s tough to be present in the moment when you’re living in the past. It’s tough to play the next play when your mind is still on the last one.
The good news is mental toughness can be developed. By doing tough things and being intentional about how you respond to it, you can build resilience & teach yourself & others how to carry yourself when tough times hit.
Give yourself an advantage and respond to tough times with your head held high, your chest out, and a calm, confidence in your demeanor.

There’s a myth about success… one that says it’s all about you. Here’s the truth… you’re not a real success unless you are helping others be successful. That’s the greatest self-growth strategy of all. The more you help others grow and improve, you grow and improve. Focus on serving others and you’ll find something even greater than success… you’ll find significance.
