Brilliant first physio session at flex health today! I now have a bend over 100 degrees and full extension 😀 2 sessions a week for the next 3 weeks and hopefully I will make lots of progress 💪🏻 #ACL #Rehab #phsyio #recovery

Found myself feeling rather sad finishing my shift tonight knowing I won’t be back for 8 weeks😕Having knee reconstruction surgery in 2 weeks time & have to isolate for 2 weeks due to covid. Hopefully it will past by fast and I will be back at work doing the job I love soon🚑💚
