This is despicable. Antisemitism and hate have no home in New York.
I urge anyone with information to contact local law enforcement.

New York needs an Attorney General who has actually delivered, and tonight that was clear. @TishJames has fought for working families, taken on billionaires and predatory corporations, and stood up to Washington. She has my full support. #AGDebate2026 #TeamJames

Regular people with busy lives, simply getting into their cars to drive patients and family members to hospitals and medical treatments. for free.
Two million miles in one year.
Most drivers and passengers donโt even know each other. Yet these ordinary people are doing extraordinary, holy work for complete strangers, with absolutely zero strings attached.
No clout. No money. Just pure kindness and selfless giving.
Chesed is incredible. Truly, they are angels on the road
There is an Orthodox Jewish volunteer organization called Chesed. Its volunteers drive patients, parents, relatives, and visitors to and from hospitals, completely free of charge.
There are several Chesed organizations serving different communities. The one based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, alone completed more than 50,000 trips last year, covering nearly 2 million miles.
And these are not paid drivers. They are ordinary people with jobs, families, responsibilities, and busy lives of their own, who still make time to get in their cars and help someone else simply because another Jew needs them.
No payment. No recognition. No expectation of anything in return.
This is the essence of Judaism: taking responsibility for one another and helping each other.
September 11, 2001, our nation changed forever.
Today, we remember the innocent people who lost their lives in the deadliest terrorist attack ever carried out on American soil, and and all who have since been lost to 9/11-related illnesses
We honor the first responders, police officers, firefighters, emergency personnel, Hatzalah volunteers, and others who ran toward unimaginable danger to save lives.
23 NYPD officers, 37 PAPD officers, and 343 FDNY firefighters made the ultimate sacrifice. They gave their lives saving others.
Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Their memory will forever live on in the hearts of a grateful nation
We will never forget
