I bought @Lenskart_com Gold and honestly feel scammed. Regular glasses cost ~₹1500 with discounts. With Gold, discounts vanish and you must pay ~₹2700 to unlock 1+1 plus Gold fees. Otherwise, full price for one. What’s the benefit?

Your @flipkartsupport has really gone downhill, and the new non-refundable fees are just adding to the frustration. Avoiding @flipkart and switching to @amazonIN from now on—better service & support, even with fees. 😡

@Flipkart I availed a ₹590 card discount and paid ₹190 in fees. On cancellation, refund was ₹11,321 — ₹69 deducted as non-refundable Offer Handling Fee, hidden in order details which I only realised when spoken with @flipkartsupport then they advised me to check properly ..
Disappointed with @flipkart experience these days. Ordered a @SleepyheadHQ Mattress 4 days ago, and now there’s a ₹400 drop. Asked if I could get the difference adjusted instead of cancelling and reordering as its out for delivery, but was told to refuse delivery and reorder.
@Flipkart now charges a non-refundable fee even if you cancel minutes after ordering. No clear disclosure, hidden in fine print. This is an unfair trade practice under Consumer Protection Act. @flipkartsupport this shady policy must be reviewed.

Ordered on @Flipkart for ₹11,390 at 11:40 PM and canceled minutes later due to a price drop after 12 AM. Refund: ₹11,321. They kept ₹69 as ‘Offer Handling Fee’ — for what? Didn’t avail product, service, or any offer. Completely absurd.
