Burrow is 1-34 when trailing late? That doesn’t tell the story. Fitz dove deep on the facts:
“There are 27 times were Joe had the ball with under 4 minutes, but had the ability to tie the game or take the lead. He did it 18 of the 27 times… Pretty good rate if you ask me.”

For those coaches and athletes out there struggling through a difficult season. Love this from @BStulberg ⤵️
In the modern world, we are all too prone to sleepwalking through life, perpetually going through the motions in a kind of half-dead, half-alive trance.
In trying to eliminate all friction and discomfort from our lives, we’ve made our lives boring. But this need not be the case.
Humans aren’t machines. We are meant to care. We are meant to struggle. We are meant to feel doubt and apprehension and resistance and fear—and we are meant to overcome it. All of which is to say we are meant to exert effort, and we are meant to go on quests.

FACT:
If you don’t strength train in-season you’re 5.5x more likely to suffer an injury
A 10% increase in strength training volume is linked to an additional ~4 percentage point drop in injury risk
Bottom line… if you want to stay healthy:
LIFT IN-SEASON
