I have never gone about insulting people just because I don't agree with them, but it's very convenient for you guys to do it to me and my family even when you could've easily ignored me.

I can feel her anguish state presently, what she would be going through her mind, and i can say from experience staying in that house with the husband buried there might kill her mentally because they are very young couple.

The house is an asset.
If things turn south for her and the kids (God forbid), those family members granting interviews here and there will be nowhere to found.

They’ve been planning to relocate before the incident. Trust me the late Toluwanisings will have 100% support the sale of the house if the funds will be properly used for the relocation of the wife and children. Their quality of life improves almost 100%.

Have you thought whether she has plan of relocating and that house is one of the main source of fund for it? Coming from someone that relocated 41 days after losing a wife, you dont know what mental torture her staying in that said house will be for her.

Wonderful, I'm just learning this.
This would also mean that cemetaries shouldn't be close to residential areas right?
Legally speaking, it is a crime to bury someone in a residential building or area without the consent of the Governor of the state. All dead bodies are expected to be buried in a public or privately approved cemeteries. The jurisprudence of this law is due to public health and environmental hazard; decomposing fluids from the graves or improper home burials can seep into the water table, risking the contamination of local hand-dug wells and boreholes.
The issue here requires state’s intervention. It is rather unfortunate that the family is unable to agree on this and it shows there was never unity in the family in the first place.

Of course she’ll move on eventually, that’s none of his family’s business.
Rent is expensive, so having her own place is a good thing. If she doesn’t want him buried in the compound, close to his mom is also an option.
She and his family both have rights when it comes to him. They just need to reach a fair compromise.

The moment he died, every of his properties belongs to his wife and children except he willed it to any other person!!!
Whatever she and her children wishes to do with the house doesn’t concern anyone anymore.
The burden is left for the wife to carry.
Why’re they keen on burying him there ?

If the need arises for her to sell the house later, will any of them come through for her ? I don’t think so. Nobody has even heard from her side just the husband family side. It’s well

She can’t stand seeing her husband’s burial ground in the house
MumZee✨🇳🇬 retweeted
Yes.
It is her house as much as it is his.
She has the complete right to sell it if she chooses to.
She also has the higher right in determining where he’s buried.

The fact that some families don't have itiju is worrisome!
Your child in his 30+ abi 40+ life NEVER looked for you, NEVER gave you a second of chance in any decision he made...you are there now to call shots!
Have some dignity and face front like you did when he was alive.

I hope they really cared about him when he was alive just like they care so much about his dead body now. A lot of women have lost themselves after the untimely death of their spouses because of the trauma from their In-laws. The family should just take it easy with her.
Shalom!

For ToluwaniSings to gift his wife a house. Then she must have been a good woman to him…
That being said the house is hers and she can decide what to do with it. That being said, he needs to be buried. I pray this is not prolonged. The wife should also stay one place and choose u either want him close or want him far. I said it now watch this video.
