Hey All! I'm experimenting with finding my dedicated platform for 2026 and beyond and I've landed on Substack. trying to stick around there aside from shouting out cast and crew for shows. Check it out and give me a follow!~ substack.com/@buncle

I’m alive again. The life giving waters of Poseidon have not since quenched me so generously. I burn with a zeal for living.

If you didn’t know, I’ve been streaming a bit more recently and trying to be more active with my community. As a Skeleton. A Corpo Skeleton with an MS DOS computer. We play Mario Golf. This is an awful pitch. Twitch.tv/marlowmason

If I could be vulnerable for a second: I get a lot of joking comments about me being intimidating, or reclusive, or my favorite, mysterious. I have a long standing habit of keeping people at arms length that was drilled into me through teaching / corpo life That being said

I’m a big lead by example person. But, I’m also protective of my own privacy as much as everyone else. I get tons of messages from actors and friends a like. And while it’s not in my nature to immediately respond, I see you, and am deeply grateful that you open up to me.

It’s difficult to navigate interpersonal emotion when you’ve been left to your own devices for most of your life. My goal has always been the same. To be a person that people can trust, and come to with confidence. And hopefully spread that feeling to everyone I meet.

It’s never lost on me how people will throw out the sprint v marathon adage and then proceed to list all the reasons they think it should be a sprint. If my heart surgeon was complaining about not being able to dive into a chest after a year or two of training, I’d be concerned

I felt this! I dunno about you but I get a lot of people acting very entitled like "I paid for coaching, therefore give me success", money in, product out, gimme. And they get really upset when they find out they're at the bottom of a mountain no one can climb but them. It's rough. You shouldn't have to demand what you're worth or petition for it. I think a lot of people forget that some people coach for the right reasons just like some coach for the wrong reasons, and they get used to & normalize the wrong reasons. All my best to you, seriously.

I’m starting to realize that a lot of my lessons are shifting into career advice / management as much as practical acting work. Is this something people would be interested in on a more panned out scale? Any previous students of mine on here seeing fruit from those talks?
