Based on public trial evidence, the methodical timing of the husband's errand, sequential choices of method and order, and concealment of thoughts from providers show she retained substantial capacity to appreciate wrongfulness and control her actions under Massachusetts law. I would find her criminally responsible and guilty of first-degree murder on each count.
