I misplaced the waterproof bucket hat I’m wearing in my profile pic and now I’m preparing for a trip where having it would be useful 🤦🏾♀️
Is it mandatory to partake in all of this “maintenance”?
It’s not like the pink tax where the alternative is making every place look like a murder scene.

When the last several Harry Potter books were released, we had midnight book launches attended by millions. Children, in some cases very young, finished these 700 & 800 page books in a single day. And now people are telling me I made it up, that this couldn’t ever have happened.

I sometimes wonder how much healthier we'd be without toilets.
Our ancestors squatted to poop. In one study, squatting cut the time to empty from 130 secs to 51 secs, with less straining.
And we go to the bathroom 7 to 9 times a day. That's 7 to 9 deep squats we've traded for a chair.
Get a footstool, and do some deep squats everyday on purpose.

nobody has actual genuine thought anymore, everyone just tries to not be left alone at the lunch table
Having movement built in your day is the weight maintenance “hack”
That also explains why I was always ravenous when I lived in Taiwan. Worked in a 4-story building with no elevator, walked or cycled to most places and did athletic hobbies for fun.
