Had an amazing week in Newry, Maine for the Neurobiology of Drug Addiction GRS and GRC! Met some really cool neuroscientists, presented my research, heard AMAZING talks, and rode on the Sunday River Chondola 🚠

The city of Jackson, MS is under a water emergency. No water for things like fires, bathing, toilet flushing, drinking, etc. Because the state of Mississippi has consistently failed its Jackson residents, that are majority Black, we need a federal response. This is unbelievable

My sister is partially responsible for my impeccable music taste but I will never admit that to her 😂
To ask teachers to be on the front line of mass shootings, the front line of a pandemic, and the front line of the struggle against inequality all while underpaying them and systematically underfunding the education system is both cruel and a recipe for societal collapse.
