IL1B did not prevent DM.
It was a pleasure to field questions from the always on-point @keaglemd today. Canakinumab 150 mg was associated with 1 excess fatal infection for 1000 treated patients (0.28 vs. 0.18 cases per 100 person years of observation). teapaw.org/JACCJournals/status/97…
