He achieved this physique in 8 months. If he can, YOU CAN!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The post's claim implies this physique (with chest acne and abdominal distension) was achieved naturally in 8 months, but such features are commonly associated with anabolic steroid/HGH use and exceed typical natural muscle gain rates of 1-2 lb/month for beginners. merckmanuals.com/home/men-s-hea… gainframe.app/blog/how-much-… cureus.com/articles/30427… strongerbyscience.com/bulking-steroi…

The bar doesn’t care about your feelings. Good.

Some people don't have a slow metabolism. They just underestimate how much they eat. The snacks, sugary drinks, weekend takeout, and random bites throughout the day all count. You can work out 5 days a week and still gain fat if you're consistently eating more calories than you burn. Your gym membership can't negotiate with your calorie intake.

I’ll always pick cable rope pushdowns over the machine.I love the freedom of movement, the stretch, and being able to spread the rope at the bottom for a hard triceps contraction. Both are great, but the rope gets my vote every time!
I really felt the burn in my triceps using this machine! The controlled movement helped me focus on the contraction without worrying too much about stabilising the weight. It’s a great way to isolate the triceps and push close to failure with proper form. But now I’m curious… Triceps pushdown machine vs. cable rope pushdowns which one is better for building bigger triceps? What’s your pick, gym bros?

Why do some guys train biceps for 3 years and still have sleeping muscles? At what point do we admit that the problem isn’t genetics?

Paused squats build strength and improve performance by eliminating the bounce, forcing pure power from a dead stop in the bottom to fix weak points and boost regular squats—not for aesthetics.
On a serious note, what are the actual benefits of paused squats? Do they build strength and improve squat performance, or are some of you just doing them for the aesthetics?

Don't let Shawn Michaels see this.
Meet Tefani-Sam Razhi (Teffany or Tiffany Sam), born October 15, 2000, in Lebanon, is an IFBB Pro Wellness athlete known as “The Quadmother” for her extreme lower-body development. She earned her Pro card and the Overall title at the 2022 Olympia Amateur Eastern Europe at age 22, then won the 2023 Miami Muscle Beach Pro and Atlantic Coast Pro plus the 2025 Heart of Texas Pro, with Olympia finishes of 7th (2023) and 16th (2024–2025). Standing about 5’1”, she built her physique through high-intensity, high-frequency leg training and later released her “Quadmother Method” program.5 In April 2026 she retired from competition to focus on coaching, citing greater passion for guiding others, the emotional cost of prep, and a refusal to shrink her legs to meet shifting Wellness standards. She continues training hard, creates YouTube and Instagram content, coaches clients, and has written a memoir (Not As Strong As You Think). As the first Lebanese IFBB Pro Wellness athlete and a three-time Olympian, she remains active sharing training, mindset, and recovery insights while building her brand on her own terms.

Give me cable rope triceps pushdowns over the machine any day.Better control, a great range of motion, and you can really focus on squeezing the triceps at the bottom. Free weights and cables over machines for me!
The triceps pushdown machine is so underrated! I love it because it helps you maintain a more controlled movement, and you can really focus on your triceps. But don’t get too comfortable and start ego lifting just because it’s a machine.

Detox teas won't magically burn your belly fat. Most work by making you lose water weight, and some contain laxatives that cause temporary weight changes. Once you rehydrate, that weight can return. Don't let marketing fool you.

He’s not breaking the rules. He’s using them. Short limbs = shorter ROM + better squat leverage. The people crying about height are just looking for an excuse not to train harder than him.
60kg dwarf just squatted 220kg. Explain to me again how ‘leverage’ and ‘height’ matter more than actually training hard Just for context: Only about 1–5% of typical male gym bros can squat 220 kg. It is extraordinarily rare—effectively under 0.1% for a 60 kg dwarf to squat 220 kg. HE BROKE THE RULES!

This can’t be real, there is no way she’s doing 1001b dumbbell preses.
