Update to post: Twitter notification feature removal aastatus.net/42512
It can't have escaped your notice that twitter is becoming a cross between an omnishambles and a pure hellscape.
To this end A&A now has an official (but currently experimental) instance on Mastodon.

Hi Jenny, we've replied to your email regarding this.
There's a newsletter attached to today's invoices which has info about some price rises to VoIP numbers & non-.uk domains. Details also here: aa.net.uk/etc/news/december-… We are not raising broadband prices at this time, and currently have no plans to do so.

Ah fantastic, thanks for getting back to me. Does it need any chasing from my side? (I guess not? but happy to help if need be) ^AB

Hi, apologies for delay in response. Has this been raised with tech support now?

Yep we've got a fair number of people connected via CityFibre already! Welcome aboard if you decide to join (and have coverage in your area!)

What router have you got though? We generally recommend adding extra wireless access points via cables (perhaps one to each floor).

It does not have wifi at all, so, sorry, no! ^AB
In the nature of a "Black Friday" deal we will, for one day only, take £100+VAT off the retail price of a FB2900 Fully Loaded.
This means that instead of £550 +VAT (=£660 inc) you'll pay £450 +VAT (=£540 inc).
Limited to max 100 customers.
Today only!
Hi. Yes this is on the cards, definitely. It wasn't something we wanted to just dash into, because for it to be maximally useful (and somewhat verifiably 'really us') that needs a bit of planning.
Yes it will 100% happen, no ETA yet whilst we get things sorted.
