Losing in sports is a unique kind of pain. It's only a game yes, and still the win & loss are definitive, all 'if onlys' exhausted. As opposed to life where the win & loss are ongoing, entangled.
And that's why sports abides. It is life's drama in a controlled environment.

2 DAYS! It's almost time for #GSMP2018. This year we welcome 15 women from 14 countries for five weeks of empowerment. In 2017, @Sangee81 was mentored at @burtonsnowboard, where she developed plans for empowering girls in India through ultimate frisbee! 💪🇺🇸🥏 #sportsdiplomacy

Remember that when you play Frisbee, it's because a heap of people work hard behind the scenes. Give a consensual hug or high five to a volunteer! Oh and register and pay your fees on time, amazing what an impact that has :-D
