The biggest problem with AI right now is consistency. You can ask the same question 5 times and get 5 different answers despite the fact there is only one answer. This makes it absolutely impossible to depend on from a business perspective at this point.
Your best employees are being actively solicited for other opportunities all the time. You should be checking in on them and making sure that the new opportunity isn't promising to solve a problem that you could have.
