sadly praktek ini beneran dilakukan oleh banyak perusahaan, klien2 dari Sobat KAP juga bahkan ada yang terang2an ngaku sama kami bahwa mereka menerapkan strategi ini untuk reduce cost
caranya halus juga kebanyakan
jadi user2 di level SM/Head (yg dipercaya) diminta untuk identifikasi hal2 yang tidak disukai sama karyawannya, nih gue kasih tau modus2 yang dipake kantor2 itu:
1. WFH➡️full WFO
2. flexi time➡️jam kerja dipatok dan absen fingerprint
3. penempatan jakarta➡️mutasi jauh
4. bonus tahunan➡️quantified performance bonus
5. outing bali/lombok➡️outing puncak + setengahnya diisi townhall office matters
6. less paperwork➡️apa2 pake form, approval dan paperwork
7. back office gak jualan➡️back office disuruh ikut jualan
8. fokus di role sekarang➡️dioper ke role divisi lain yang ribet dan gak disukai
9. gak ketemu auditor karena data dan meeting ketemu auditor di pool di accounting➡️disuruh ketemu auditor langsung dan kena inquiry langsung
10. gak terapin ICOFR➡️dipaksa terapkan ICOFR (padahal gak perlu2 amat) dan diassign jadi first liner
11. gak dikit2 Surat Peringatan➡️salah dikit Surat Peringatan
