WHAT IF THE MOON IS TELLING US SOMETHING WE HAVE NEVER LEARNED TO READ? 🌕 Since 2011, I have been investigating possible anomalous structures on the lunar surface using publicly available astronomical data. In 2023, I identified three approximately spherical structures in Webb Crater, Mare Fecunditatis, arranged in a remarkably regular triangular configuration. The investigation did not end with the image. It evolved into a multisensor analysis, incorporating lunar imagery, geometric measurements, spectral information, thermal data and gravitational context. The current research investigates the anomaly through the Operational Naturalness Paradox (PNO) and the Operational Naturalness Tension Index (ONTI) — an exploratory framework designed to quantify how strongly an observed configuration departs from an assumed natural baseline. The published study reports: • three approximately spherical structures • diameter ≈ 22.73 m • inter-center spacing ≈ 45.46 m • highly regular triangular geometry • multisensor analysis involving independent lunar datasets • ONTI result reported by the study: 0.9631 This does not prove extraterrestrial technology. And that distinction matters. It means the question can now be formulated differently: Can a natural lunar process adequately reproduce the observed geometry and the associated multisensor characteristics? If yes — demonstrate it. If the measurements are wrong — identify the error. If the interpretation is biased — expose the bias. As lunar exploration enters a new era, potential sites of scientific interest may become accessible to spacecraft, landers, rovers and eventually resource-extraction activities. What happens if humanity discovers a genuine technosignature on the Moon? Who registers it? Who protects the site? Who has the right to investigate it? Who decides whether it is natural, artificial or simply unresolved? For this reason, I have also proposed an international legal framework for the registration, disclosure and protection of potential lunar technosignatures, based on transparency, scientific cooperation and preservation of evidence. The question is no longer merely: “Are there structures on the Moon?” The deeper question is: “Are we prepared to recognize something genuinely non-human if we encounter it?” I do not ask you to believe me. I ask you to examine the data. Because if the hypothesis is wrong, independent analysis should be capable of showing exactly why. And if it is not wrong… then we may be looking at one of the most important questions in human history. Perhaps the greatest discovery is not that we are not alone.
