🚨TWO MORE VIRGINIA SHERIFFS have been added to VCDL's list of sheriffs & commonwealth's attorneys who are protecting their constituents from malicious prosecution under Va.'s unconstitutional new "assault firearms" ban, according to VCDL's Philip Van Cleave.
Statements from Patrick County Sheriff Dan Smith and Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis are below.
⬇️
Van Cleave reports:
"Here is the current list of seventeen Commonwealth Attorneys who are honoring their oath of office to protect the good people in their jurisdictions from unconstitutional infringements on their right to keep and bear arms. Remember that they stood up for the Constitution and gun owners when they are up for reelection:
"W. Lyle Carver, Amherst County
Leslie M. Fleet, Appomattox County
Paul A. McAndrews, Campbell County
Daniel J. Farnsworth Jr., Charlotte County
Matthew E. Bass, Clarke County
W. Eric Branscom, Floyd County
John L. Lumpkins Jr., Goochland County
Bethany Harrison, Lynchburg
Chapman L. Good, Sr., Page County
Dayna K. Bobbitt, Patrick County
Rob Cerullo, Powhatan County
Justin L. Griffith, Pulaski County
Kyle Kilgore, Scott County
Elizabeth H. Cooper, Shenandoah County
Phillip Blevins, Smyth County
Ryan Mehaffey, Spotsylvania County
John S. Bell, Warren County
"The following twelve sheriffs have publicly made statements that they are honoring their oath of office, just like the Commonwealth Attorneys above. There could be other sheriffs that I am not aware of. Remember that they stood up for the Constitution and gun owners when they are up for reelection:
"Appomattox County Sheriff, Robert N. Richardson
Clarke County Sheriff, Travis M. Sumption
Floyd County Sheriff, Brian Craig
Hanover County Sheriff, Gregory W. Six
Henry County, Sheriff Wayne Davis
Louisa County Sheriff, Donald Lowe
Patrick County, Sheriff Daniel M. Smith
Powhatan County Sheriff, Brad W. Nunnally Jr.

Out of every disgusting, dishonest piece of filth the mainstream media has produced about Hurricane Helene...
This is the worst.
60 Minutes has NEVER done a story on the families FEMA denied.
They NEVER mentioned the Amish, who are STILL in the mountains rebuilding homes 550 days later.
They NEVER mentioned Jake Jarvis, who has worked 550 days STRAIGHT FOR FREE for Hurricane Helene victims.
Instead, they dug up some fringe conspiracy angle to smear the people who actually showed up as White Nationalists.
I'm so angry.
Let me tell you what 60 Minutes will NEVER report on
I was there. I lived it. I am still here.
I shared every story I could find.
Me, my wife, hundreds of volunteers delivered RVs to mothers holding babies who were sleeping in TOOL SHEDS AND TENTS in the freezing cold, in the mountains.
Because their homes had been ripped off the side of a mountain and washed down the French Broad.
So tell me 60 Minutes... WHERE WAS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT?
Tell me, WHY did all these volunteers NEED to show up?
Any thoughts on that?!!!!!
Any investigation AT ALL into the federal or state government's response to Hurricane Helene?
Please tell me... if the federal government was doing such a GREAT JOB, why did we need to put victims in RVs...
...A MONTH AFTER THE HURRICANE?!!!!!!!
Literally every single victim you talk to in Western North Carolina has a horror story about dealing with FEMA...
...and guess who they will all say actually cam through for them?
Neighbors.
Church groups.
The Amish.
The Cajun Navy.
Shawn Hendricks.
Samaritan's Purse.
MercuryOne.
The Mission Mules hauling insulin up washed-out roads, ONLY ACCESSIBLE by mules.
Greg Biffle burning his own fuel in helicopters.
Veterans like Adam Smith who organized helicopter rescues with other veterans BY HIMSELF and then was demonized by the media for it.
Volunteers like Jake Jarvis working TO THIS DAY, 550 days later without ANY PAY AT ALL.
THOSE ARE THE STORIES FROM HURRICANE HELENE WORTH TELLING.
But 60 Minutes won't tell ANY OF THEM.
Because the truth makes the federal government the villain and the "deplorables" are actually the heroes in this story and they can NEVER admit that.
So instead they smeared the rescuers as white nationalists.
This is unforgivable.
I was there. I saw it with my own eyes.
And I will BE DAMNED if I let CBS rewrite the history of what happened to my mountains.
After natural disasters, white nationalists, militias, and conspiracists often arrive, offering help. But they also want to recruit and improve their image. Watch the full 60 Minutes report: cbsnews.com/news/some-white-…

American taxpayers fund nearly 45% of pharma R&D.
Then Europe forces down prices so Americans have to pay 3x more for drugs Europe gives away.
Europe's socialized medicine is built on the back of sick Americans.
Europe's "socialized medicine" is funded by American taxpayers who cover the R&D. Then sick Americans who go bankrupt so Europe can give it away for free.

NOBODY IS TELLING YOU HOW FUCKED THE FARMERS ARE IN AMERICA RIGHT NOW.
The Agriculture Secretary just confirmed it publicly.
1 in 4 American farmers has NO fertilizer secured for spring planting.
No fertilizer. No crops. No food.
Farm bankruptcies are up 46% in 2025.
160,000 farms closed since 2017.
Less than half of all farmers will even turn a profit this year.
They're not struggling. They're being wiped out.
And the media is busy covering everything else.
The real story behind this hasn't been told yet.. follow me because i'm about to tell it 🚨

A lot of people recently commented on how @megynkelly has a rule on her show that her guests aren’t allowed to attack Tucker Carlson.
The reason for this is because Megyn and @TuckerCarlson’s shows are both run by Red Seat Ventures, which is now ironically owned by Fox Corp, which owns Fox News.
Red Seat Ventures wants to have a monopoly over all conservative podcasting, which is why Tucker and Megyn have a vested interest in attacking all of the conservative competition in Independent media.
It’s ironic that Fox Corp now owns Red Seat Ventures. In a sense, the toxic culture and anti-American and anti-Jewish rhetoric coming out of their shows is attributable to Fox Corp.
It appears that the commentators who push the most deranged Jew hate and Islamic sympathizing content are all partnered with Red Seat Ventures.
@redseatventures.
Megyn Kelly has a business interest in not going after Red Seat, as it produces both her show and Tucker’s show. Red Seat Ventures has a total interest in attacking every other conservative commentator with a large following because they want to serve as the gatekeepers for all conservative podcasts.
Megyn and Tucker pretend to be principled, but this is further evidence all they care about is money.
Some of the other people managed by Red Seat Ventures include:
@piersmorgan @imbrettcooper @BillOReilly @JesseKellyDC @seanspicer @RitaPanahi @DLoesch @JillianMichaels @itslinklauren @MarkHalperin @kilmeade @willcain @guypbenson @Gutfeldfox
It almost seems like a deliberate sabotage campaign by Fox Corp to create an anti-Trump media campaign against President Trump outside of Fox News to destroy MAGA and undermine President Trump.
Very deceptive.
Funny how Megyn and Tucker always speak badly about Fox News when Fox Corp owns Red Seat Ventures. Just more deception from the Woke Reich.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Fox Corp acquired Red Seat Ventures in February 2025, but it operates as an independent entity within Tubi Media Group, led by its original founders. Creators maintain autonomy and include Trump supporters like Jesse Kelly and Sean Spicer.
