Abdul El-Sayed: "I carry dual citizenship." @willcain: "His campaign says he misspoke. He isn't actually a dual citizen. Common slip of the tongue. Who hasn't accidentally claimed dual citizenship?"

Re the Cornell rape allegations: 1. There are stark differences between Jane Doe’s 2024 statements to police and the allegations made in the 2026 civil lawsuit. Both accounts cannot simply be treated as true if they materially contradict each other. The DA declined prosecution in 2024 for substantive reasons, and that matters when assessing what happened. 2. It does no good to assume criminal guilt based on a civil lawsuit filed two years after the initial statement. That is not fair to these young men, and it is not fair to actual rape victims. It may feel satisfying to say, “The Cornell 7 raped a young woman,” but an accusation does not make that claim true. 3. Looking back on a consensual sexual encounter with deep regret happens. But it does not turn that encounter into rape. Women, like men, have agency and are responsible for making choices about sex, including their choice of partners and activities. Consent matters. So does personal responsibility. 4. Even if the encounters that night ultimately remain on the consensual side of the line, the choices made by both the young woman and the young men are still morally repugnant. Substance abuse and sexual behavior can be destructive without every destructive choice becoming a crime. 5. Accusations of physical or sexual abuse carry enormous consequences for the accused, especially for young men. That is precisely why such allegations should be taken seriously and investigated carefully. Abuse should be dealt with harshly when established. But allegations should not be treated as proof, and false claims of abuse should have severe consequences as well. 6. Feminism created an entire ideology around sex, turning what should have been equal treatment under the law into an ever-expanding demand for special treatment and social restructuring, all with a side of misandry.

Will Cain calls out Ms. Rachel for bringing activism to preschool @willcain argues Ms. Rachel is no longer just teaching shapes, numbers, and letters. Facts vs. claims in Cornell sexual assault case @willcain breaks down the timeline at the center of the high-profile Cornell civil lawsuit, pointing to the district attorney's statement that the accuser's 2024 account described the drug use and sexual activity as "voluntary, conscious and consensual," while her 2026 lawsuit alleges she was drugged against her will and gang raped.

The best rivalry that isn’t a rivalry today in CFB! UT vs UT! TX and TN have only played three times. But this feels like fighting your cousin. The stakes and stage: - History. The states intertwined. The original Vols Sam Houston, Davy Crockett and more gave us the Republic of Texas. - The Battle for the true UT - The better color of orange. It’s burnt orange but I do love the checker board. - The Manning factor. I lived in East Tennessee for half a year during COVID. I love the place and the people. Knoxville is one of the BEST towns in America. No hate, it’s all love. BUT…Hook’em. Horns by a million. 🤘
Who’s the real UT? @willcain says Tennessee has “no right” to claim the title. @KayceSmith

"I could not have given him an easier layup." University of Michigan student Iman Dashti joins @WillCainShow after confronting Abdul El-Sayed with a direct question: "I wanted to ask if you stand unequivocally against the IRGC?" But El-Sayed dodged answering his question. Dashti says he wanted a clear condemnation, telling Will Cain: "Just say you're against the world's largest sponsor of terror." "I think it has something to do with the fact that a lot of his supporters are very supportive of the IRGC. They love the Iranian regime and he doesn't want to alienate them." "He has an extreme base that just agrees with these horrible, horrible ideas that the majority of Americans don't believe in." @willcain
"Do you stand with us?" A young Iranian-American student tells Abdul El-Sayed his family was tormented at the hands of the Iranian regime. He says his cousin was hunted by the IRGC and his uncle was sentenced to death and lashed, then asks him directly: Do you stand "unequivocally against the IRGC"? El-Sayed does not directly condemn the IRGC by name. Instead, the Michigan Democratic Senate candidate warns against U.S.-led regime change and argues that anger toward foreign governments can be used to advance "corporate interests" tied to natural resources. He later goes further, saying regime change can become "a ploy for the interests of our corporations." "You still haven't said it, though," the student responds. "We're dying." See the tense exchange and what happens when the student presses him again: foxnews.com/politics/michiga…

Latest accurate info on Ole Miss deaths from university and police. (Posted below) Toplines: - Cyclorphine is scary but no evidence or confirmation it’s involved - No drugs present on scene other than Kratom that they know of - “IFC” statement everyone got wasn’t from IFC and wasn’t accurate - student who put it out, retracted it Full statements from Ole Miss and OPD: *The statement was sent by a student - did not come from the IFC or the University. *Univ would not confirm whether the student is associated with IFC in any way- but did not come from official IFC. *The statement included several inaccuracies including: the number of students dead, all claims related to drugs remain unconfirmed and could not have possibly been known at the time the statement was sent. *The student who sent, has since retracted the statement The Daily Mississippian (Ole Miss's student news org) reported "Several fraternities and sororities at the University of Mississippi issued announcements to their members concerning the drug cychlorphine, a potent synthetic opioid that does not show up on standard fentanyl test strips. Such announcements urged members to avoid any unprescribed substances and to address suspected drug overdoses by administering Narcan, which can reverse the effects of a drug overdose... The presence of cychlorphine in the student deaths has not been confirmed by law enforcement at the time of publication." Per the University, Oxford Police: There were no other drugs found present on the scene, other than Kratom, that we know of at this time.

I don’t know what Oxford Police means by mentioning “Kratom”. Are they talking about stuff you buy at gas stations? Are they talking about synthetic 7OH? Weird they put that in their statement with no further detail.

I can’t tell you how many times this Ole Miss story has come to me both on and offline. People texting, calling, posting on community boards, etc It’s a sad story about two students who died. Cause of death still be determined. But there’s a ton of misinfo seemingly all stemming from an “IFC” note that went out. So we explored that today with Ole Miss and OPD. Here’s what we know: *The statement was sent by a student - did not come from the IFC or the University. BREAKING: DHS releases a bullet-point list of what they say are false claims about the shooting of a Venezuelan illegal alien in Austin, TX. They say claims that he was legal and had a valid work permit are false. Per DHS: “CLAIM: ICE refused to remove the bullet from the illegal alien’s body. FACT: This is false. ICE does not and would not advise, nor be the authority on, a medical procedure for an illegal alien at a hospital.  CLAIM: The illegal alien had a valid work permit. FACT: This is false. The illegal alien’s work permit expired in 2025. Furthermore, a work permit does NOT grant legal status. CLAIM: The illegal alien was ordered removed in absentia. FACT: Yes. This is why aliens must show up to their removal proceedings. Legal obligations do not end because someone’s address changed. CLAIM: This illegal alien is here legally. FACT: This is false. This person is in the U.S. illegally. He entered illegally under the Biden Administration. The illegal alien had no valid work permit, had no protective status, and had a final order of removal from a Department of Justice (DOJ) Immigration Judge. CLAIM: This illegal alien has received no pain medication. FACT: This is false. This illegal alien is receiving medical care around the clock, including pain medication. CLAIM: The illegal alien has been forced to sleep on the floor. FACT: This is false. This alien was released from the hospital and arrived at the detention facility just a few hours later, where he slept on a bed. Aliens in ICE custody receive a higher standard of living than most prisons that hold U.S. citizens. CLAIM: This illegal alien was indiscriminately targeted by ICE. FACT: This is false. This illegal alien was the subject of a targeted vehicle stop. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is whether or not they are illegally in the U.S. DHS Sec. Mullin statement: “Sanctuary politicians and the mainstream media have wasted no time in spreading lies about an ICE officer-involved shooting of an illegal alien in Austin, Texas,” said Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “Contrary to their claims, this person is an illegal alien who has no legal status to be here and has been given some of the best medical care he’s ever received in his life. No amount of smears and false narratives will slow down ICE from doing its job by removing dangerous illegal aliens from our communities and making America safe again. Sanctuary politicians may continue to shamelessly protect illegal aliens, but the Trump Administration will remain focused on protecting the American people.”

We have heard from Ole Miss and Oxford PD in the past hours. They are telling us TWO kids have died. They don’t yet know cause of death. Internet rumors are suggesting the number is higher and offering cause of death. But that is not confirmed. Still scary. Be smart.

We can deduce this is what has happened in all probability in that jury room (if we trust Reddington’s characterization): 1 person has no reasonable doubt about Clancy’s sanity (ability to understand the consequences of her actions in that moment). Whether that person lands on 1st degree murder, 2nd degree or manslaughter we don’t know. That person WILL NOT budge. 11 people have doubts about her sanity (which the prosecution has the burden of proving in Mass.) and land on not guilty by reason of insanity.
