I can never get over how @davetroy always brings the receipts & provides very important info on people in power. This tread is worth a read.

17/Here’s the source of the disappointing Jeffries quote from Wednesday. @RepJeffries please address this and how you are going to defend NATO, and why @jaredkushner is working for Putin. @SenSchumer please explain why you are working on fake UFO laws with Russia/Thiel aligned characters. newrepublic.com/post/217571/…

No faction of the Democratic Party can declare victory after the midterms. The Republican implosion is so great that all Dem factions won, from democratic socialists to corporate centrists. Fascism is not defeated by one election (it can always be reconstituted into something even more dangerous…) but it can be, and we know how to do it. With left economic populism. Too radical? Wrong. One of Trump’s most significant legacies is that he exploded the Overton window. Anything is possible - for worse and for better. That means Democrats no longer have any excuse not to run on - and deliver - the policies that will actually meet people’s basic needs and address our most pressing crises, from systemic political corruption to climate breakdown. Bold, people-first policies is how we beat back fascism for real.

Wow. This is amazing! The incoming House Oversight Committee chairman @RobertGarcia just outlined the four main investigations that Democrats will be opening when they take back the house in January. It’s about time!!

Independent Report on #AUKUS led by Peter Garrett & Chris Barrie bluntly identifies what millions of Australians already know. AUKUS is total dud. Begun by #ScottMorrison & endorsed by @AlboMP so he would not be wedged on it in Election2022 it is a total waste of taxpayer funds.

There is no "alliance" and the sooner Australian politicians grow some morals and start to distance themselves from this atrocious, corrupt, mobster nation the better 😡 This 'sucking up' is nauseous 🤮
Thank you to @SecRubio for bringing us together in Atlanta at a time of significant global challenges. We discussed how Australia and the United States can continue to strengthen our alliance, support stability in our region and build greater economic security and resilience.

Terrifying. What a betrayal to every Australian #auspol
Meeting with @PeteHegseth on the sidelines of the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting today, we discussed our shared security priorities in the Indo-Pacific and reaffirmed the progress happening right now in Western Australia under AUKUS.

And @AlboMP & @AustralianLabor are pretending it's business as usual with the US. #auspol
I think that this sort of statement, from a U.K. university @uniofleicester is unprecedented.

This is what is happening now right now in Europe and the US. If you align with the far right you’re essentially licking the boot that is stomping your face into the mud. This is a class war. It’s always been a class war. Your choice is resistance or submission.

I’ve had the privilege of making a lot of very cool content with James, but I’m most proud of this one. A little bit of hope is a dangerous thing.
Texas was built by hope. By people who had no business believing — but believed anyway. To every Texan who’s ever wondered if anyone in power is paying attention: We are taking our state back. Because a little bit of hope is a dangerous thing.

IHere's what Pres.Trump has done for Vladimir Putin since 2017: 🇺🇸➡️🇷🇺 First term 1Stood next to Putin in Helsinki and took his word over U.S. intelligence 2Lobbied to bring Russia back into the G7 3Withheld military aid from Ukraine to squeeze Zelensky (impeachment #1) 4Pulled out of Syria, handing Russia a freer hand 5Openly questioned NATO's mutual-defense pledge 6Lifted sanctions on Deripaska-linked companies, including Rusal 7Walked away from the INF nuclear treaty 8Walked away from the Open Skies treaty, leaving our European allies with less visibility 🇺🇸➡️🇷🇺 Second term
9. Called Russia's G7 expulsion a "mistake"
10. Declared Moscow "holds all the cards"
11. Opened talks with Russia with zero preconditions
12. Berated Zelensky in the Oval Office, then paused aid and intel to Ukraine
13. Halted offensive cyber operations against Russia
14. Had the U.S. vote WITH Russia against a UN resolution condemning the invasion
15. Said "Crimea will stay with Russia"
16. Rolled out the red carpet for Putin in Alaska
17. Pressed Ukraine, not Russia, to give up territory 18. Starshield 19. Diesel 20. Revoke Graham sanctions That's not "America First." You could never make that list of things a President has done for Zelensky, or for NATO. Ask yourself why.

So the politically biased reserve bank board are finally admitting that Trumps illegal war and the resulting massive increases in fuel costs are what’s causing inflation. It’s not rocket science. You don’t need a nearly $1 million per salary to work that out. Only to clean the political bias out of your RW glasses. Inflation was booming in 2022 while the LNP was in government. RBA board did absolute nothing. Question begs why?

Good on you Martin Bella - spot on as always. @Justabogan Martin's home truths getting noticed by Americans.
He didn’t hold back. 🇦🇺💬 From across the ocean, this Australian gives a raw, unfiltered look at modern America. It’s a perspective most people are too afraid to say out loud, but it impacts all of us, no matter where we live. This is a global wake-up call. #USA #USAPolitics #AmericanCulture

Pelvic organ prolapse - bladder or vaginal - affects about 1 in 12 Australian women. It's often linked to physical strain, heavy lifting or past childbirth. It’s uncomfortable and debilitating. Jacqui Lambie has shown courage and honesty in speaking of her experience of vaginal prolapse. She’s talked about an awkward subject to make it easier for other affected women. Pauline Hanson thinks that's worth making fun of. One Jacqui Lambie is worth 1,000 Pauline Hansons.
