BREAKING: New Paper Reveals How mRNA Vaccine Materials Could Spread From Vaccinated to Unvaccinated People We identified two distinct forms of mRNA vaccine shedding: internal transcriptional spread and potential human-to-human transfer. Vaccine spreads internally and potentially externally to others. @NicHulscher @Docjohnc @McCulloughFund @neo7bioscience open.substack.com/pub/peterm…

This was one of the last monologues cable news's most-watched host ever gave. He asked viewers to imagine his channel pushing a mandatory product from a top advertiser, even as evidence mounted that it caused heart attacks, fertility problems and death. Days later, his network fired him. 🧵

The Vaxelis (Merck/Sanofi) six-in-one vaccine trials, specifically the two U.S. Phase III studies (005 and 006) recorded 6 deaths among 3,392 infants who received Vaxelis, versus 1 death among 889 in the control group (who received Pentacel + Recombivax HB). It’s sad that 1 died in the “placebo” arm but of course we know that the placebo is not a placebo- it’s a way to dilute harm because the truth is, if saline were used, they’d likely be zero deaths in”placebo” arm. Pentacel and Recombivax caused 1 death and Vaxelis caused 6. Tell me again that these shots don’t cause SIDS or autism? (Brain inflammation).

Think you're just a night owl? A week outside might change your mind. ⠀ Researchers at the University of Colorado took people camping for a week in summer. Sunlight all day, no electric light at night, just the sun and a campfire. ⠀ Before the trip, at home, their body clocks ran late. Melatonin, the hormone that starts your biological night, kicked in well after dark. ⠀ After a week of only natural light: ⠀ • Their biological night started right around sunset • It ended just after sunrise • Their whole clock lined up with the sun ⠀ The craziest part was the night owls. ⠀ The latest people shifted the most. By the end of the week, their clocks looked a lot more like the early birds'. ⠀ So a lot of what feels like "I'm just not a morning person" isn't fixed. It's what happens when you get too little sun during the day and too much light at night. ⠀ Give your body real daylight and real darkness, and your clock moves back toward the sun.

This is Gavin Newsom’s California
🚨🗳️Not one election challenge has reached a jury in California. Ask why the judges keep that door shut . Let me unpack this for you. People are questioning why California is where it is today. People fleeing the state in record numbers. People with a moderate mindset, regardless of party, and conservatives having to make plans to exit the state with the increased decline into regressivism as the DSA takes control. California has about 1900 judges. 7 on the Supreme Court, 106 on the Courts of Appeal, roughly 1770 in the superior courts. On the Supreme Court, 6 of 7 were appointed by Democratic governors. On the appellate courts, Brown and Newsom together account for about 72 percent of sitting justices. Newsom alone has appointed 695 judges through 2025, 521 of them Democrats. Brown put more than 600 on the bench before him. Those appointments didn’t just fill seats. They predetermined the political direction of every ruling that follows, because an appellate justice serves for decades and sets precedent for every trial judge below. If you’re a moderate Democrat or an independent, start asking why. If you’re conservative, there’s not one judge in the precedent-setting layer who shares your view. People walk into a courtroom expecting blind justice. What they get instead is a referee who’s already picked a side. Environmental rulings that shut down water projects and cost counties millions. Criminal appeals reversed on technicalities that put violent offenders back on the street. Civil verdicts against small businesses that didn’t survive the appeal. A defendant who can’t afford the fight loses even when the law is on their side, because the cost of getting to a neutral forum doesn’t exist anymore. When the courts that decide what the law means trend 72 percent one direction, that’s not diversity of thought. That’s a monoculture with life-and-death consequences. The harm isn’t abstract. It’s a paycheck gone, a business closed, a family separated, someone incarcerated who might have walked in front of a different panel. Blind justice means the law decides. This bench means politics decides first. Election lawsuits get the same treatment with even higher stakes. Challenges to mail ballot rules, voter roll maintenance, signature verification dismissed on standing, ripeness, political question doctrine. Standing is the favorite. Courts say you weren’t personally harmed enough to sue, even when the whole election’s at stake. Then when someone does clear that bar, the case dies on the merits with a one-line finding that the allegations are garden-variety irregularities. Even federal election cleanup lawsuits were rejected. The door’s always open, the hallway’s always long, and the room at the end is always locked. You don’t get blind justice from a bench that was never blind.

Sunlight is a mix of different wavelengths, and each one does a different job in your body. Window glass doesn't block them evenly. It strips some out and lets others through. ⠀ UVB gets blocked almost completely ⠀ • That's the part your skin uses to make vitamin D ⠀ • Low vitamin D is linked to a weaker immune system, weaker bones, worse sleep and higher rates of autoimmune disease and heart disease ⠀ A lot of the infrared gets blocked ⠀ • That's the part that goes deep into your body and helps your mitochondria make energy ⠀ • Your immune system and the repair work your body does every day both run on that energy ⠀ • Infrared is also linked to making melatonin right inside your mitochondria, where it works as an antioxidant ⠀ Some UVA and most of the visible light gets through, which is why the room still looks bright. But even what gets through comes in way weaker. Sunlight through a window is about 50x less effective at setting your body clock than being outside. ⠀ And when your clock never gets a strong signal: ⠀ • Your morning cortisol spike can drift later, and a late cortisol pulse is a signature of anxiety and depression ⠀ • Your melatonin timing gets thrown off, so falling asleep at night gets harder ⠀ • Your metabolism loses its cue too, which is tied to leptin resistance, overeating and weight gain ⠀ And modern windows make it even worse. Newer energy-efficient windows, especially double and triple pane, are built to keep heat out, which means blocking almost all of the infrared. ⠀ With the average American spending about 93% of their time indoors, most people are living on that cut-down version almost all day, and their body is paying for it.

The frequencies of sunlight. Don’t skimp on sunlight. #UVA #UVB #infrared
UVB (∼290-315 nm, peak 295-300) drives vitamin D3, lumisterol, tachysterol, POMC, α-MSH, β-endorphin, enkephalins, melanin (also UVA/visible), sex steroids (T/E2/P), and skin serotonin. UVA (∼320-400 nm, esp. 340-370) releases nitric oxide. Blue/green (∼460-520 nm) via eyes boosts morning cortisol and brain serotonin/dopamine. Red/NIR (∼600-1000 nm) raises mitochondrial melatonin and ATP.

Don’t be Bryan Johnson
This summer, Bryan Johnson announced he has autoimmune gastritis. His immune system is attacking his stomach lining. ⠀ When people said sunlight might help, he pushed back: ⠀ "My vitamin D has been solid for years." ⠀ Sounds airtight. But it assumes the sun's only immune job is making vitamin D. ⠀ It isn't. ⠀ UV on your skin talks to your immune system directly. It: ⠀ • Changes how immune cells in your skin flag threats • Shifts the inflammatory signals your body sends out • Boosts regulatory T cells, the ones that stop your immune system from attacking your own body • Changes how immune cells move around ⠀ And a lot of that happens without vitamin D. ⠀ Two studies show it: ⠀ 🐭 In mice, UV calmed down an autoimmune disease that mimics MS, without raising vitamin D at all ⠀ 🧍 In people treated with UVB, some immune changes tracked with vitamin D, but others happened completely independent of it ⠀ So what does a vitamin D test actually tell you? ⠀ How much of one molecule is in your blood. That's it. ⠀ It doesn't tell you: ⠀ • How much UV hit your skin • How much morning light reached your eyes • Whether any of these other immune pathways got switched on ⠀ You can hit a great vitamin D number from a pill while barely seeing the sun, and your immune system is still missing a whole set of signals. ⠀ Sunlight isn't a cure for autoimmune disease. ⠀ But "my vitamin D is fine" doesn't mean you're getting what the sun gives you.

California set aside $24 billion for homelessness. California then announced that the entire $24 billion DISAPPEARED. Finally, it was tracked down. It turns out that the funds were turned over to an NGO. Instead of helping the homeless, the funds were used for a mansion in LA, a home in Greece, and a $125,000 vehicle. All under the watchful eye of Gavin Newsom. The dude belongs in prison.

Babies aren't born with a circadian clock. They build one over their first few months, and light is the main thing you control that helps them build it. ⠀ In the womb there's no day or night, so newborns start out sleeping in random 2 to 4 hour chunks around the clock. Then the pieces come online roughly like this: ⠀ • Around 8 weeks: they start making cortisol, the hormone behind daytime alertness • Around 9 weeks: melatonin production kicks in, so they can stay asleep longer • Around 11 weeks: body temperature starts dropping at night, which helps sleep stretch out • Around 12 to 16 weeks: the day awake, night asleep pattern really starts to stick ⠀ Each of those systems is learning when it's day and when it's night, and the clearest signal they get is the light around them. ⠀ So the move is making daytime obviously daytime: ⠀ • Open the curtains in the morning • Let daytime naps happen in naturally bright rooms instead of blacked out ones • Get them outside regularly during the day ⠀ One catch: a baby's eyes aren't fully developed yet, and they don't handle bright light as well as yours do. So skip the adult-style "stare at the morning sun" routine. Bright shade, a porch or a stroller with the canopy up gives them plenty of daylight without blasting their eyes. ⠀ Then make night clearly night, with dim, warm light for feeds and no bright overheads. ⠀ Strong day, dark night. That contrast is what teaches a brand new clock what time it is.

Most people think melanin's only job is giving you a tan. It's actually one of the most impressive molecules in your body. ⠀ Here's what it's really doing: ⠀ 1. Turning UV into heat ⠀ Melanin absorbs UV light and converts around 99.99% of it into harmless heat, leaving only a tiny fraction to cause any trouble. ⠀ 2. Acting as an antioxidant ⠀ UVA creates oxidative stress in your skin. Melanin is one of your body's most powerful antioxidants, so the more you've built up gradually, the better your skin handles it. ⠀ 3. Grabbing heavy metals ⠀ Melanin can bind heavy metals, holding onto them so they do less damage. ⠀ 4. Setting your sun dose ⠀ Because melanin soaks up UV, it decides how much of that light goes on to make vitamin D, nitric oxide and other signals. That's why paler skin makes vitamin D much faster, and darker skin needs more sun to get the same effect. ⠀ 5. Living in your brain too ⠀ There's a form called neuromelanin in your brain's dopamine neurons. In Parkinson's disease, those neuromelanin-containing neurons are the ones that get lost. ⠀ So a tan isn't just your skin changing color. It's your body building up one of its most versatile tools, one sunny day at a time.
