Gaza is DROWNING. And this should make us angry, furious and outraged!
🚨Urgent support needed 🚨 chuffed.org/project/113222-t…
Overnight, thousands of tents collapsed under the storm, with dozens of displacement camps now completely underwater. The rain is expected to continue until Monday.
This is the FOURTH winter that Palestinians in Gaza have faced under genocide. After years of bombardment, displacement and destruction, families who have already lost their homes are now watching their only remaining shelter collapse under the rain.
Think about what that means: parents trying to keep their children dry, families desperately trying to salvage their belongings from floodwater, people who have already been displaced repeatedly being left with nowhere safe to go.
There is something profoundly wrong with a world in which people are forced to fight this hard for the basic right to shelter. They should never have been put in this position.
The Sameer Project is already replacing dozens of destroyed tents and arranging truckloads of sand to help absorb water in flooded camps. But the need is far greater than our current resources.
We urgently need funding to provide higher-quality, more durable tents. These cost $700, compared to $200 for lower-quality alternatives. Many families are refusing the cheaper tents because they know they will likely break again. We are also looking to buy hundreds of tarps and blankets. They cannot keep starting from nothing every time a storm hits.
We are asking you to help us do something tangible. We can’t sink into helplessness. Help us get families out of the floodwater and into shelter that can actually protect them.
We cannot stop the storm, but we can refuse to stand by while families face it without protection.
Please urgently donate whatever you can and share this appeal. Every contribution brings another family closer to having somewhere safe and dry to sleep: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…

fwiw I don’t think it’s funny when liberals joke about “sharia law” considering how invested they are in killing muslims

It doesn’t matter how well they do, @TheDemocrats are the party of the Gaza genocide.

With great sorrow, Al-Anqa Library, which rose from the ashes and soared, is on the verge of closing due to exorbitant operating costs—rent, electricity, water, and internet. I have all hope in you to support the library so that it may continue.
Do not let the phoenix return to the ashes; do not let this place, which serves as a sanctuary for all poets, writers, and readers in Gaza, be closed.
Please help us keep going. Please donate and share the campaign.

14 years ago today, Freddie Gibbs was gifted an AK-47 while touring in Moscow, Russia 🇷🇺 (2012)
"When I got to Russia, they straight gave me an AK-47, and I was like, what am I gonna do with this? I don't wanna get caught with this, go to no Russian jail.
And they was like no, no, no, you Gangsta Gibbs, you need to have this. So cuz I'm Gibbs, they just felt like I just needed an AK-47 with me at all times and I was like, okay, cool."

The Guardian reports that the percentage of British Jews who strongly support Israel increased 13% since the start of the accelerated Genocide in Gaza.
Read that again.

Yes the Muslims know exactly how it went, Baybars and the Mamluks broke the Crusader states into oblivion.
They captured French King Louis IX like a common prisoner and dismantled your states one by one.
Even your own Templar knights lamented that God had abandoned them 😂
My new book, The Architecture of Complicity: How India Helped Israel Conduct a Genocide in Gaza, will be published by @PlutoPress in January 2027.
The book shows how India, which presents itself as a leader of the Global South, helped enable Israel’s genocide in Gaza alongside its Western allies.
It traces media complicity, diplomatic shielding at international forums and the replacement of Palestinian workers with Indian labour. It also examines how and why Palestine failed to become a national political issue in India.
Drawing on previously unpublished military trade data, the book reveals the scale of Indian military exports to Israel during the genocide.
It will be available in the US, UK, South Africa and, hopefully, India.

On the *same day* the Cornell Seven drugged and raped Jane Doe, Cornell banned four students (including the President of Cornell @jvplive) from campus for three years for nonviolent, pro-Palestine protests. The same @Cornell officials let the rapists off with apology essays.

Mamdani knows the NYPD and ADL call pro-Palestinian speech “antisemitism.” So when he pours more money into “fighting antisemitism,” who does he think they’re going to come after? This is funding to criminalize anti-Zionism, with a progressive mayor’s signature on the check.
The Talmud teaches that anyone who sustains one soul, has sustained an entire world. For generations, Jewish New Yorkers have sustained our city. Today, we are launching the first-ever municipal Strategy to Combat Antisemitism.
Together, we will ensure Jewish New Yorkers are safe and celebrated. We will invest in their protection, their history, and their future.
Our safety and our thriving are tied together.
Don’t think Ghaznavi as a Turkic conqueror ever anticipated that around 1000 years later he’d still be remembered by opposite sides (Islamic nationalists in Pakistan naming missiles after him / Hindu nationalists like CM Yogi here remembering at least twice a week)
VIDEO | Gorakhpur: “Ghaznavi sought to destroy India's Sanatan tradition, not just loot wealth,” says UP CM Yogi Adityanath (@myogiadityanath).
“When Mahmud Ghaznavi went to demolish the Somnath temple, the priests told him not to damage the temple or the idol and offered him as much gold and jewellery as he wanted,” Yogi Adityanath said while addressing a seminar on Indian knowledge tradition at Gorakhnath temple.
“He (Ghaznavi) said, ‘I have not come merely to loot. Whatever I get, I will take away, but my objective is to destroy India's Sanatan tradition,’” Yogi Adityanath claimed.

I can hardly describe the joy and happiness of the children today as they watched the movie Coco at @phoenixlibrary1 . They were on cloud nine, and I was just as immersed, feeling completely detached from reality for two hours. A simple initiative was all it took to bring back a sense of life, if only for a few moments, far from the nightmares of destruction and shelling left behind by the Israeli occupation in our minds and the minds of our children.
Honestly, for the first time in my life, I want to thank myself. Seeing those smiles on the children's faces is truly the greatest treasure in life.
