Court Papers: How Dr. St. Claire Allegedy ‘Poisoned’ His Wife.
In divorce court papers filed Oct. 22, 2024, Cassandra Fameux’s lawyer Timothy #Young detailed how Dr. Paul Gregory #StClaire, the former #anesthesiologist at the University of Michigan Health Sparrow, @UMHealthSparrow @UMich allegedly poisoned his #Haitian immigrant wife with #antipsychotic drugs including #InvegaSustenna and made her sign a Judgement of Separate Maintenance (JOSM) while she was allegedly under the influence of the drugs; the JOSM transferred 100% of marital assets–millions of dollars and two homes to Dr. St. Claire. It also gave him advantage in custody of their then minor three children by appointing his alleged co-conspirator Dr. Dominic Barberio as the psychiatrist who would determine Ms. Fameux’s mental fitness to co-parent.
Divorce court Judge Carol #Koenig, in Ingham County, denied the motion to set-aside the JOSM. #BlackStarNews reported in an article in November, 2025, that the JOSM was nevertheless apparently void since the court had never appointed a Guardian Ad Litem (#GAL) for Ms. Fameux before she signed the agreement.
Black Star News reported that Judge Koenig schemed with St. Claire and his then divorce lawyer #JessicaLarson and fabricated the existence of a GAL. Judge Koenig then upheld the JOSM in her final divorce court rulings in September and November 2025.

Judge Carol #Koenig ignored all the arguments and denied this 2024 motion by Attorney Young.
Young also erroneously refers to a #GuardianAdLitem There was none.
Attorney #LisaYoung filed a superior motion in May 2025 asking for the Judgment of Separate Maintenance to be set aside because it was void since no GAL had been appointed. Koenig could NOT ignore this fact so instead she apparently joined a scheme that StClaire and his divorce attorney Jessica Larson had concocted in 2017--fabricating the existence of a GAL-- when Judge Janelle Lawless (appropriate name under the circumstance) presided over the case as I reported in November 2025.

In other words Dr. St. Claire apparently corrupted the court itself.
Yet StClaire is still allowed to pursue a 'defamation' lawsuit against Black Star News and yours truly in the same #InghamCounty 30th Circuit Court.
Meanwhile the Hon. Koenig continues to preside over cases.

Justice Delayed Is Better Than #Justice Denied.
The #Cornell #JaneDoe @cornell case has focused attention on allegations that powerful institutions are rarely held accountable.
Case in point: The University of Michigan @UMich where President #Grasso @UMichPresGrasso and company hired Jenner & Block @JennerBlackLLP to investigate football @UMichFootball program after firing coach Sherrone #Moore for having an affair with a subordinate.
Yet Grasso and company have not made a statement about the firing of #anesthesiologist Dr. Greg #StClaire.
The university substantiated #sexualharassment allegations against StClaire on at least three occasions. One of the #nurses who complained after StClaire allegedly patted her rear end was the one who was fired. StClaire admitted to intentionally pushing the hand of a second nurse which then touched the first nurse's rear and called it "fun" and "no assault."

The university has yet to investigate allegations by #Haitian immigrant Cassandra #Fameux that StClaire and Dr. #Barberio poisoned her with #antipsychotic drugs from 2014 to 2023 including #InvegaSustenna injections from 2017 to 2021 in Barberio's office at the University of Michigan, even though #Meridian Township police @MeridianTwpPD investigated and, on April 10, 2025, recommended #criminal charges.

Could this not be seen as an attempt to cover up alleged #crimes, particularly given that police subsequently recommended criminal charges? In divorce StClaire said #Michigan told him he was fired for #HIPAA violation. Yet he still holds medical license @marlonibrown @LARADirector @USATODAY
This is why an independent investigation is paramount.
StClaire allegedly obtained 100% of the marital assets through a fraudulent scheme involving Judge #Koenig, leaving Fameux without financial resources or health insurance and unable to obtain medical monitoring for her brain tumor.
