They called the police on a three-year-old because he is good at soccer.
Read that again.
They called the cops on a toddler.A three-year-old. Because he can kick a ball better than the other kids on the field.
Not because he assaulted anyone. Not because he had a weapon. Not because he was a danger to anyone.
Grown adults watched a toddler play a sport and decided the appropriate response was to dial emergency services and send uniformed officers to deal with a child who has not yet started kindergarten.

Why is MVP calling out Ringside News and AirGold for the "Hurt Syndicate allegedly pushed back against putting over wrestlers" report? Instead of Sean Ross Sapp who actually reported it.

Britain hanged Dedan Kimathi in 1957 and buried him where no one could find him.
Kimathi led the Mau Mau fighters, who fought British colonial rule in Kenya. He was captured on 21 October 1956, sentenced on 19 November, and hanged at Kamiti prison near Nairobi on 18 February 1957. He was 36.
The colonial authorities put his body in an unmarked grave inside the prison. The likely reason was to stop Kenyans from turning it into a shrine.
The test of hiding a grave is whether the person gets forgotten. It failed. Kenya has a Kimathi Street in Nairobi, a Kimathi University of Technology and a Kimathi Stadium in Nyeri. A statue of him stands in Nairobi.
The grave stayed lost. His widow, Mukami, asked for his remains for decades and died in 2023 without them.
In 2019 a foundation said it had identified the site, but gave no details and no exhumation followed. When Nelson Mandela visited Kenya in 1990 and asked to see the grave, nobody could show him.
The grave is hidden. The man is not.

May want to reach out to Sean Ross Sapp.

Sean Ross Sapp was asked what’s going on with the Hurt Syndicate’s booking/absences:
“That I do not know. Listen, I know there’s been a lot of talk about them like not wanting to put people over. There’s definitely been some situations where they haven’t wanted to. That has been a thing”

A 9-year-old boy was grabbed by a stranger, forced into a car, and driven away while selling water on the side of the road.
But as the car sped through the streets, the terrified little boy looked out the window and began waving desperately for help. What happened next was unbelievable.
It happened in Jacksonville, Florida. The boy had been selling bottled water near an intersection when a man suddenly forced him into a vehicle and took off.
Shameika Dowell, who knew the boy and was helping supervise the children, witnessed what happened. She jumped into her own vehicle with her son and took off after the suspect, refusing to let the little boy disappear.
As she followed the car through the streets, she could see the boy inside, frightened and crying for help. She kept chasing until the driver finally stopped, then moved to block his escape.
But the boy was still trapped inside. Shameika rushed toward the vehicle and began kicking at the passenger door, determined to get it open. Other bystanders rushed over to see what was happening and began helping. They kept going until she finally managed to force the door open and pull the little boy to safety.
Police arrested the suspected kidnapper, and the boy was reunited with his family. Despite everything he’d been through, he later said he still wanted to sell water so he could buy clothes for school.
Shameika Dowell refused to look away when a little boy needed help. Her courage deserves to be recognized. 💙 – at Chicago, IL

My Big Racist Greek Realtor.
A New York couple is suing after reportedly receiving a text message from a real estate agent while searching for an apartment that said, “ugh they are black”
The agent is no longer with the company

A racist realtor for Douglas Elliman accidentally texted "ugh they are black" to a Black couple looking for an apartment in NYC. The text was meant to be sent to the landlord, but it was sent directly to the prospective renters.
After realizing the mistake, the agent attempted to apologize, but the couple is moving forward with legal action by filing a housing discrimination lawsuit alleging federal and New York state housing law violations and racial profiling.
By sending a text like that, it implies that the realtor expected the property owner to be racist too and share that sentiment.
Housing discrimination is notoriously difficult to prove in US courts. There's always subtle excuses like another applicant, credit score, income requirements, etc. This racist text is a smoking gun that bypasses plausible deniability.
Douglas Elliman is one of the largest real estate brokers in the USA. They terminated the agent, but that doesn't make up for the racism and the indignity the couple faced.
