The @mobi_bikes system is truly so unusable. Please give me my money back. The lack of any maintenance has made this system entirely useless and I am now constantly late for anything spending 10+ minutes trying to dock anywhere or find a functional bike with brakes.
I’m so frustrated. I do not think it is too much to ask for 1. Every other bike at minimum to unlock 2. The bike that unlocks to having functional gears and breaks 3. That you can lock that bike in less than 3 tries.
A 4 minute ride this morning took 7 minutes of lock time.

Last night, the Park Board chose delay over action, and Vancouver residents are the ones paying the price.
Despite overwhelming public feedback calling for the immediate removal of the outdated Kits Pool advance booking system, the motion to scrap it was delayed until Sep. 15th, well after the pool closes for the summer.
That’s not accountability, that’s deliberate inaction and this is just the latest in a long series of Park Board issues and missteps.
We are paying the price with long wait times and limited to access to Kits Pool because Premier Eby is either unwilling or unable to follow through on his repeated commitment to transition the Park Board into City operations.

Yes, hiring a private 2.5 ton vehicle and chauffeur for your burrito IS unsustainable in every possible way.
Three bikes at my station - not a single one works. No bikes available at the next nearest station, probably because it takes 8 tries to ever return one. @mobi_bikes has become an entirely useless unmaintained system and I want my money back. What absolute shame of a system.
Or not and we get our desperately needed ferries in a reasonable timeframe by an expert in the field.
