When I urged Diljit Dosanjh to reschedule his Delhi concert planned for Nov1st, he graciously agreed and moved the show.
If a megastar can show such sensitivity, why can’t Rahul Gandhi and Congress? Democracy demands empathy, not insensitivity. Especially when Congress was squarely responsible for this genocide against Sikhs
The Diwali season is also vital for traders and small businesses, whose livelihoods must be considered and rally should be shifted to post Diwali.

A friend recently asked me which digital payments app I was using.
When I told her, she promptly asked, “Why not use BHIM, our very own Indian app?”
I admitted I didn’t know much about it.
“Well, let me introduce you to someone you’ll enjoy meeting.”
That someone was Dilip Asbe, MD & CEO of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
Dilip kindly agreed to come over for a chat.
That conversation was illuminating, to put it mildly.
We all know the payment apps we use every day. PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM…
But think of them as trains running on a railway network.
NPCI provides the tracks.
And what an extraordinary railway India has built!
In September, UPI alone processed over 2,400 crore transactions. That’s more than 80 crore transactions every single day!
India is now the world’s largest real-time payments market. A true global force multiplier.
And Dilip has been one of the key people behind that remarkable achievement.
His mind is buzzing with plans to build more ‘railroads’ that will enable new apps in wider financial spheres.
But here’s what struck me most about him.
Not the scale of his achievement. Not his knowledge of the technology.
His humility.
Dilip is well known in financial & technology circles. But I met a man with no airs, no sense of self-importance & seemingly little interest in the spotlight.
Just immense pride in what his team has accomplished & a genuine sense of privilege at being able to serve his country.
I also learned that his mother was a teacher.
Perhaps I’m biased, but I’ve always believed that mothers who are teachers have a special knack for instilling values that last a lifetime. And I couldn’t help wondering if that explained something about Dilip’s grounded personality.
People like him derive their satisfaction not from being seen, but from seeing their work make a difference.
Thank you, Dilip, for the conversation. And for reminding me that ambition & humility can indeed travel together on the railroad to success.

If that had happened, almost all Oppo parties would have united to cross the 𝟮𝟳𝟮-𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠 in the Lok Sabha, staking a claim to form the Govt with Pappu as PM.
🔥 The 𝗡𝗗𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 of a majority despite winning highest number of seats because all corrupt parties won’t support it. It happened in the past.
It is scary that despite Modi ji’s extensive work & achievements, BJP crossed the majority mark in 2024 only with the support of Naidu and Nitish.
🔥 My observation that BJP became complacent, and some internal conflicts contributed to its loss of seats in 2024. We even lost the 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗱𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁 after many Hindus fell into the trap set by the SP and 𝘾𝙊𝙉g. Many Hindus also took a BJP majority for granted and didn’t even bother to vote.
🔥 The Oppo, especially 𝘾𝙊𝙉g and its supporters, know it doesn’t need to convince everyone.
Their strategy is very straight — CREATE 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 among Hïndüs about everything.
🔥Oppo knows Mùś1ímš won’t vote for BJP.
They only need to Keep Hïndüs doubtful about the 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆, 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. Spread misleading narratives as widely as possible.

To everyone seeing the scenes of riots in France today and having schadenfreude, please be aware that it could happen to us in our neighbourhood too. That is actually what the CJP, AAP and Cong hoped would happen during NEET and CEC protests. It’s our good fortune that our countrymen could see through the nefarious design and did not play ball. And the idiots who outrage on instagram are too lazy and weak to have an impactful movement. And we are lucky to have a government to deal with them in a way that they need 5 days to recover after every 1 day of protest.
In your khayalis of teaching modi a lesson, or bjp a lesson, please do not heed to the anti national forces. We are a country which is on the rise. Our economy is booming, deeptech flourishing, services doing well, manufacturing is firing on more cylinders than ever and if we keep at it at this intensity for another decade, we will be far ahead in the world than even some of the developed countries. This is not the time to let into your households people who cry “bharat tere tukde honge” and the ones who sympathise with them. Lets stand united, united for India. Together, and only together & united we win!

#WATCH | Delhi: Journalist Richa Parashar, who alleges that Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi pushed her while exiting the Supreme Court yesterday, recounts her experience.
She says, "I am a journalist. It was my duty to cover the protest. Though I was not covering the protest, another reporter was on the ground. I was inside the Supreme Court premises. There were two gates; Rahul Gandhi was about to exit through one, and the other wasn't crowded. I was standing at the gate through which Rahul Gandhi was supposed to exit. I was excited for his byte on my mic ID. I thought it was a big day for me. When he exited, everyone stood at the gate. When I extended my mic, people gestured at me to remove it. I then removed it. I saw other media personnel still with their mic and camera setup there. So, I extended my mic once again; it was my job. I didn't ask a question. I just wanted to record his byte, whatever he had to say. Everything within a few seconds. Rahul Gandhi moved forward; he held this (gesturing to her shoulder) and pulled. I could feel his strength. His guards pushed me. On video, my cameraman can be seen being elbowed by Rahul Gandhi; he fell down. I shouted and pleaded not to be pushed. But I was pushed; I fell down the stairs. My phone screen was cracked...I said Rahul Gandhi had pushed me. But his people kept chanting 'Rahul Gandhi zindabad' to drown out my voice. I was shocked...I called up my seniors. They told me what happened wasn't right. They told me that they trust me and I should make a video and post...I was brought to a hospital, and I complained of slight pain in my stomach. So, then I was taken to Ganga Ram Hospital. I hadn't disclosed my pregnancy to anyone or my organisation; I wanted to do so after NT/NB Scan...Doctors told me to get an X-ray done as I had fallen down. It was then that I told a nurse about my pregnancy. She informed the doctor. Then my X-ray wasn't done. I was sent for an ultrasound and it was done. I started vomiting, so I was told to be admitted to the hospital...Shame on you, Rahul Gandhi. They trended 'Smash Patriarchy'. Will they smash it like this? They are saying why did I enter the crowd if I am pregnant. I am a journalist too. That is my job. My voice will be emboldened now, as the entire nation is standing with me..."
