Great to be asked to look after the Braintree Town first team keeper this morning. Wishing Ben Hughes and the team all the very best for the rest of the season, I do hope to be back soon. Proper old school techniques. Thanks @StevePitt3 for the invite.
Pre pre season GK work is over. Thanks to all the keepers who have worked with me. Go well and be magnificent, I know you will. Finished off today with a National League keeper wanting that extra edge before he starts back with his new club later this week. AATK
Last pre pre season goalkeeper session is this coming Wednesday, 17th June at Tiptree Heath FC. If you are at a senior gk level and want to take advantage of the last session, let me know.
Another pre pre season keeper session in the bag. 16 top quality keepers joined us at Tiptree Heath FC for a night of all things goalkeeping.
Check out the Carl Pentney Keeper Academy, where it’s all about the keeper.
What does a CPKA pre pre season keeper session look like? 15 keepers 2 coaches and some serious hard work. Colchester area senior keepers.
Senior Goalkeepers in Essex / Colchester area. Gk pre pre season training starts soon. The Carl Pentney Keeper Academy coaches will run a series of pre pre season keeper sessions. No cost, just effort and hard work. Message me.
Stanway Rovers, back to back promotions and the chance to have worked with a brilliant management team and some brilliant keepers. Robbo, Blunks, Pipa, Mark, Charlie and Alfie. Thank you.

New ground 175 on the way as me & @TravellingTWyt travel to @StanwayRovers for the Step 3 promotion playoff final vs @TheMotormen ⚽️ this Saturday
Looking forward to a cracker - teams last met on April 4, when they played out a 3-3 so we could be looking at plenty of goals

A massive thank you to Lexden Springs School who have opened up their car park on Saturday from 13:30-17:30 (times can be extended) 🙏🏻🙌🏻
Parking at the club will be limited and at the school as well so please park sensibly as parking enforcement will be in action 👮♂️
The school is only a 10 minute walk from the club so plenty of time to get your online tickets ready or purchase them before you get to the club!

Ref had a great position. Much better than the camera so I’m going with a red. 🫡

We have had an amazing year so far but have 3 of the biggest games to make more history for the football club.
It would be amazing to see as many people get behind us in our final 2 league games, starting this Saturday 👊🤞
⚽️🚨FIRST TEAM BACK AT HOME🚨⚽️
Huge game this weekend against @takeley_fc as we look to return to winning ways and strengthen our position in the playoffs. Both teams fighting for their lives, albeit at different ends of the table, so it will be anything but easy.

Southend United’s Nicky Hayes, putting in the extra pre season effort with me today and yesterday. Top keeper, top lad and a huge appetite for being the very best he can be. AATK
