How depressing that it’s impossible to have anything nice anymore. Canaletto’s painting this morning by the canal in London, covered in red spray paint applied by someone devoid of talent, brains and culture.

🚨 Thierry, the only "technical difficulty" Elon ever had was spending years fighting people like you instead of building. 🚨
You're advising him to stay out of politics. But ask yourself the real question: why would a man who builds rockets, electric cars and satellites ever need to get into politics in the first place?
Because it was never a choice. Elon voted Democrat for years. He spent two decades avoiding politics so he could build. He didn't walk into politics. He was dragged into it.
What he discovered when he bought Twitter is that the institutions that manufacture consensus, universities, media, bureaucracies, NGOs, trust and safety teams, had been captured by a single ideological family: the left. Not influenced. Captured. The Twitter Files documented it in black and white: banned accounts, suppressed topics, government agencies sending lists of content to take down.
When you see that from the inside, you understand one thing: the West isn't sliding into totalitarianism through tanks. It's sliding into it through content moderation. And that slide had a European face. Yours. The commissioner who sent X a threatening letter hours before an interview with a US presidential candidate. The man who explained on television that "we did it in Romania" and would do it again in Germany if necessary.
Elon didn't enter politics out of a hunger for power. He entered because free speech is the precondition for everything else, and people like you were dismantling it.
And unlike you, he understands economics. He read Hayek. He understood what Hayek understood in 1944: no planner, no committee, no commission holds the knowledge scattered across millions of minds. The more you centralize decisions, the more you destroy collective intelligence. The road to serfdom doesn't start with camps. It starts with regulations.
That's exactly what Europe has become: advanced collectivism that refuses to say its name. Directives nobody voted for, written by officials nobody can fire. We regulated AI before we built any. We regulated tech without having a single tech giant. In 2008, the European economy was bigger than America's. Today it's far behind. That's not an accident. It's the direct result of your system.
And this system isn't dying alone. It found allies: a cynical left of millionaires preaching virtue from their nice neighborhoods, and the Islamist entryism of the Muslim Brotherhood, which the French state itself documented in an official report. A bureaucracy that forbids naming the problems, allied with those who exploit them: in the end, that cocktail is lethal for Western civilization.
Thierry, you live in a parallel reality. A reality built on lies: that censoring is protecting. That regulating is innovating. That Europe is doing fine. You've repeated them so many times you've started to believe them. But reality doesn't negotiate. A lie you end up mistaking for the truth always comes back to hit you in the face.
Yours is already on its way.

Young Bob's attacker has been identified as Asim Khairdean, a Cambridge-based private tutor and educator with more than 20 years of teaching experience. He specialises in Maths, English, Art, GCSE and 11 Plus tuition. He obtained Qualified Teacher Status in 2009 and an ESOL CELTA qualification in 2005.
Here we see him taking a class on destroying the St George’s flag….
For context, Young Bob, is a British political activist who was involved with Turning Point UK until late 2025. He then came to prominence debating Islam at Speaker's Corner and has been active since 2025.
He is a pacifist and a debater.

Andy Burnham has met Muslim community leaders in Downing Street and accused his political rivals of using “unacceptable” language when discussing Islam.
This is not the first time senior Labour politicians have accused their political opponents of crossing the line when discussing Islam, its history and its practices.
Labour MPs have repeatedly branded opposition politicians who criticise Islam “Islamophobic”. Earlier this year, 26 Labour MPs reported Reform UK to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) over its comments about Islam.
Labour MPs also reported the Conservative Shadow Justice Secretary, Nick Timothy, to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards and accused him of being “Islamophobic”. He even faced calls for his sacking from the then Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, after criticising a mass Muslim prayer event in Trafalgar Square.
In a free country where blasphemy laws were abolished 18 years ago, politicians and private citizens must be free to criticise, question and debate any religion — including Islam.
But that was not the only revelation to emerge from the Downing Street meeting.
It has been reported that Angela Rayner told Muslim community leaders she was preparing to announce the appointment of an “anti-Muslim hostility” tsar.
Given that Rayner appointed five individuals to the Working Group tasked with drafting the “anti-Muslim hostility” definition, all of whom had troubling links to Islamist organisations, and that her department falsely claimed to have deleted all responses to its consultation on the definition, who on earth will she appoint?

This councillor represents the most deprived ward in Birmingham.
It has one of the worst child poverty rates in the country. Just 4 in 10 people are employed.
And yet he's focused on events in the Middle East - which Birmingham City Council can do absolutely nothing about.

I love the argument that you're selfish and greedy for refusing to sacrifice your own interests to satisfy someone else's supposedly selfless demands.
Apparently, wanting to keep what you've earned is greed, but demanding that someone else surrender it for your benefit is compassion.
And if you refuse, you're the immoral one.
Funny how selflessness always seems to become someone else's obligation.

Deficit spending + new debt/money creation - productivity gains = inflation
If the government is spending more than it collects but the economy isn’t responding with higher productivity then we all pay the price through inflation.

Walmart's CEO received $29.24 million in annual compensation. Walmart employs over 2 million people.
Take his entire compensation and distribute it equally among employees, and each gets less than $15 a year, or roughly 0.7 cents an hour.
Now raise everyone's wages by $5 an hour and you're looking at over $20 billion annually.
This is why understanding basic arithmetic matters more than being outraged by big numbers.

I actually feel bad for Elon, even though I deeply disagree with him on some things.
Imagine trying to build a car company in California in the mid-2000s, when American manufacturing is being completely offshored and almost all of Wall Street thinks you’re a joke and is rooting for your failure, while the entire oil and gas industry is using all their power and leverage to make you fail.
But against all odds, you actually pull it off. You build cars that make electric vehicles desirable to millions of people, create an enormous number of quality American jobs, and force the global car industry to play catch up and move away from oil and gas.
You would think California would be proud of you and the team. Instead you find yourself having to fight a completely corrupt and incompetent left government impeding all your efforts while you sleep at the factory night after night to avoid collapse. At some point, you would go to the right too.
And because of your politics, it becomes a justification for people to celebrate your companies failing in their personal ideological fight with you. Even threats against you become something people explain away and use mental gymnastics to justify.
Meanwhile, people like Scott Galloway and Bernie Sanders who have made absolutely nobody better off other than themselves get to lecture you about your value to society and even call for your murder without grounds from their vacation home while you're on 20 hour benders in your factories trying to get things built for all of society. If this were me I would lose my mind.
Criticize his opinions. I do sometimes, especially on Ukraine. But the pleasure people take in wanting to destroy everything he’s built is hideous and frankly suicidal for the masses, especially coming from people who insist they care about workers, the climate, and civilization as a whole.
As you try to make good things for society you are confronted with a world that worships people who care only about the perception of being good people, while they actually fight against your tangible efforts of making improvements for humanity.
I don't think almost anyone would have made it out of that and if they did, they would probably not come away feeling so warm towards the left either. So I am rooting for Elon to succeed, and for humanity.

Dear @ucl one of your lecturers Dr @toyinagbetu assaulted & strangled @YoungBobRB outside your premises.
In early Feb 2021 he was appointed by Mayor Sadiq Khan to the "statue diversity" commission. It was brought to light, by @JewishNewsUK that Agbetu wrote referring to Jews ✡️that there was an "immoral hierarchy of suffering" regarding how different historical atrocities are treated.
"He claimed that victims of the Holocaust had been "served well by Nazi hunters" and Holocaust remembrance days compared to the African victims of the transatlantic slave trade."
Plainly racist & antisemitic.
He resigned from Khan's Commission on 24 Feb 2021. All the while he was a post graduate & teaching assistant at UCL.
His appeal to Independent Press Standards Organisation was a failure, ruled on the 25 Nov 2021.
It seems Abgetu was fully employed by you 5 years ago, starting work on 1 September 2021.
Why does @UCL employ racists? Why was he allowed to continue to work at UCL?
Two-tier education? DEI hire?

And when smaller businesses can't afford your mandated wages, some will close, others won't hire, and the larger corporations you condemn will face less competition and potentially enjoy even greater profits.
Then you'll point to those profits as justification for more intervention.
Bernie would come across as a much better person if we assumed he was simply ignorant and well intentioned rather than someone who understands the consequences of his policies and advocates them anyway.
After decades in politics, he really should know better.

Everyone can express their own opinion in a free society, even an idiotic one. It helps us know how dumb someone is.
But calling for political violence against other Americans crosses a line that we shouldn't tolerate.

Last night, I was criticised for saying that Birmingham City Council was putting Gaza before Birmingham.
I wonder what could have possibly led me to that conclusion.
This guy, @profgalloway, is truly an execrable lobotomized demonic cretin. I loathe such individuals. They are the cause of the collapse of the West. Effeminate ladyboys deeply concerned about appearing progressively enlightened and yet wrong in every conceivable way on every conceivable issue.
