I showed up early this morning in East Texas to vote, thinking I’d be one of the first. Wow! The line was out the door and through a full parking lot. Don’t know who they were voting for, but there was no purple hair, nose rings, black hoodies or cars held together with liberal bumper stickers to be found.
Being a conservative, I had to go to work and couldn’t wait the estimated 1 hour, but I’ll be back extra early tomorrow morning to vote for every Republican candidate.

On September 20, 2018, Snochia Moseley, a transgender man (born female, identified as male), carried out a workplace shooting at a Rite Aid distribution center in Aberdeen, Maryland. Moseley killed three coworkers and injured three others before dying by suicide.
2019 Highlands Ranch Shooting
On May 7, 2019, Alec McKinney, a transgender boy (legally Maya Elizabeth McKinney, identified as male, age 16), perpetrated a school shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The attack resulted in 1 person killed and 8 injured.
2022 Colorado Springs Shooting
On November 19, 2022, Anderson Lee Aldrich, who identified as nonbinary, carried out a mass shooting at Club Q nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The attack resulted in 5 killed and 19 injured.
2023 Nashville School Shooting
On March 27, 2023, Audrey Hale, a 28-year-old transgender individual born female who used he/him pronouns and the name Aiden, perpetrated a mass shooting at The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee. The attack resulted in six fatalities: three nine-year-old students and three adult staff members.

On August 27, 2025, 23-year-old biological male Robin Westman (born Robert), who identified as a transgender woman, carried out a mass shooting at the Church of the Annunciation in Minneapolis, MN. He opened fire through the church windows, killing two children and wounding 18 others.
2026 Tumbler Ridge Shooting
On February 11, 2026, 18-year-old Jesse Van Rootselaar, a transgender woman born biologically male, perpetrated a mass shooting in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. The attack began at the perpetrator's home, where Van Rootselaar killed his mother and step-brother, before proceeding to Tumbler Ridge Secondary School and killing six more individuals, including students and an educator.

On February 16, 2026, 56-year-old Robert Dorgan, also known as Roberta Esposito, carried out a mass shooting at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, during a high school ice hockey game. Dorgan targeted family members in the crowd, killing ex-wife Rhonda Dorgan and adult son Aidan Dorgan, while injuring three others.
