Why would Congress know there was "money pouring in" anyways. It's not like one sends their tax dollars or any payments to the House or Senate. It's close to "any time he speaks you know he's lying, making things up or just blathering".

Job Garcia, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen, did what many of us would: he pulled out his phone when he saw masked federal agents confronting people in a Home Depot parking lot. For that, they violently tackled him to the pavement, cuffed him, & held him without charges.
Garcia says the “agents” drove him to a lot near Dodger Stadium & made him sit on the hot asphalt. As he sat baking in the sun, they joked about their “body count.” One bragged they grabbed 31 people. The other called it “a good day.” Then the MFers high-fived.
Garcia wasn’t charged. He was released the next day with no explanation. His only “crime” was witnessing state violence and filming it.
