Like, 2 years at $15 mil total, or $15 mil for each? They’re both wrong. I’m just trying to figure out how wrong.

We’ll have to wait a little longer for a “real” win.

Touchdowns are fascist. Vikings are for the people.
Vikes kicked a FG in a game against the Bears in 2024 with just under 2:00 left to go up 11. Bears went down the field, scored a TD, got the 2, recovered the onside, and kicked a FG to tie it. If you can avoid giving the ball back, you do it.

It’s a pretty easy rule. It’s all about the force that caused the ball to go into the end zone. If it’s decided that it was the force of the kick, then it’s a touchback. If they decide a player added new force, like batting it or kicking it, then it’s a safety.
How many times have you seen an NFL team lose a fumbled snap while kneeling out in victory formation? Phil Rivers did something sort of like that back maybe 15 years ago, but not exactly that scenario. I think they were positioning for a FG.
Hock scoring gives Miami the ball back. Going down ensures they won’t get it back. It’s pretty straightforward.

There’s about 6 teams in the country with a realistic chance at a title. It’s ok to have goals aside from that.

Gophers just won two straight games as significant underdogs. Seems like the strategy is working well.
