By way of reflecting, I received the answer to the question asking rhetorically EU & USA "what to do when government doesn't listen to the voice of its own people".
& it is, continue protest peacfully. Violence is what goverment hopes, probably instigating it,
to control the narrative, divert attention from corruption/decadence of the governance, strengthen the surveillance/control of the people.

"Albania is not for sale" 🇦🇱This was the soul calling of the Albania's youth and the whole nation supporting them trying to snach their country from the jaws of globalists & neocons & local elites (DP & SP leadership) serving their agenda, often unrealistacally.
Snap elections, the sooner the better. With so many corruption & other scandals since last elections and what people are learning those days about who governs them, political landscape of Albania has changed fundamentally. Credibility to the power structute is profoundly shaken.
Students are the future of Albania. as a matter of nature. Socialist Party is the past, with its present leadership. a matter of time.

But please advise what to do when Albanian Government does not listen to its People for several months already. We, Albanians have to figure out the solution.

Today marks the 35th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence, and another year of its difficult and righteous struggle to preserve the freedom of its people and the integrity of its borders. Kosova has stood, and continues to stand, with Ukraine, sheltering Ukrainian journalists, providing military assistance, joining sanctions against Russia, and supporting Ukraine through other means.
We are aware that Ukraine does not recognize our independence, a position that was recently reaffirmed. We believe, however, that this position does not withstand either the historical facts or the principles of international law.
Ukraine’s recognition of Kosova would, in fact, strengthen the very principles for which Ukraine is fighting today. To recognize Kosova would be to affirm an international legal order in which larger and more powerful neighbors cannot change the borders of smaller countries by force, and in which people are entitled to live freely and securely within their own states.
Kosova and its people stand not only on their own land, but also on the strength of their historical and legal rights. We therefore continue to welcome recognition of the Republic of Kosova by Ukraine, as we do from every other country that values freedom, peace and democracy.
