Police were called to Byron Street following reports of a man threatening passers-by with a knife.
The 37-year-old was charged with possessing a controlled weapon and possessing methyl-amphetamine.

Why is it when the perpetrator of violence is an Indigenous person the national broadcaster omits that aspect of the story, but when it’s the other way around it’s mentioned throughout the whole story.
Hey @abcnews stop running narratives as everyone knows what you do and you keep losing credibility over it. The most concerning aspect is people knew what she was like and have raised concerns, is this another example of people being fearful of acting because the person is indigenous ?

Never in my life did I think I would witness something so abhorrent in a Western country. To see rape openly glorified as resistance is beyond sickening.
