Set apart. Uniquely different. Helping not only independent filmmakers but servicing the audience.
We're building something meant to last for generations. And that starts with a promise.
The Angel Promise puts families first: no nudity, no sex scenes, no F-word, and no misuse of God's name in Angel Originals.
With the Angel Guild's voice at the center and stronger tools for parents, we're committed to building an entertainment company that stays true to its mission for the next 100 years and beyond.

For years in faith film distribution, I watched great stories die in development for one reason: they couldn't afford the shot.
A crowd scene. A period street. A sweeping location.
Now a small crew with a ring of cameras can capture a whole space in 3D and move the camera anywhere after the fact.
The budget gap is closing.
Story is everything.

While paying out over $300 million to filmmakers on the streaming service, @AngelStudiosInc draws line in sand with Hollywood, bans sex scenes, profanity in bold pledge

The nearly $300 million paid out to filmmakers is a meaningful result for independent creators and a model that stands apart from traditional studio economics. Angel’s Guild and board reflect ethnic and religious diversity, and the broader filmmaking community working with the platform is likewise diverse. Filmmakers choose to submit projects; once submitted, a statistically significant sample of the Guild’s roughly 3 million paying members scores them, with a 70+ threshold required for eligibility. You’re free to hold your own views, but the selection process and financial outcomes are driven by Guild member votes rather than the characterizations offered here.
Augmented Reality on a whole new level.
The next 7 weeks might be the strongest stretch for faith and family films in theaters I've seen in years.
Joshua. Drummer Boy. Jimmy. God With Us. Hershey. Zero A.D.
I'll post one each week as they open: what it is, and why it's worth your ticket.
Follow along so you don't miss one.
I see @AngelStudiosInc thinking differently and serving its core market while providing a home for independent filmmakers.
We are awakening. @nicknorwitz is a shining light on a hill for those with chronic disease. It takes a shift, but remember, your body is an amazing healing machine when supported correctly.
Amazing story from an obviously brilliant and gifted man who chose to change his entire future career path because he realized traditional medicine doesn’t always have all the answers.
Well worth the 10 minute watch.
I share a similar story after hating the way ‘traditional’ medicine actually practiced in real life, just 2 years after graduating from fellowship.
I spent 12 years training in medicine and only lasted 2 years in ‘traditional’ medicine. Think about that.
I was miserable and needed a change. So I removed insurance from the equation - which is often the limiting factor to success.
In my opinion, traditional (American) medicine is not able to fix all of the diseases, I think by now that’s pretty obvious.
Any treatments not supported by strong double-blinded research studies are viewed as taboo.
And that’s a shame.
At the end of the day, ‘N of 1’ studies are powerful.
That’s exactly what Nick realized in his battle with ulcerative colitis and IBD.
Stay curious.
Don’t be afraid to challenge the norm if you’re not getting the results you are looking for.
That’s the type of medicine I practice and I’m proud of that.
Congrats boys in blue and gold! Go Nashville!
It's official! 🏆
@NashvilleSC have secured their first Supporters' Shield in club history!
In 2013, we launched the transactional video on demand platform for ChristianCinema.com. We knew subscription (SVOD) would decimate the industry without prioritizing theatrical runs. This is vindicating.
Netflix is evolving right before our eyes. Mass layoffs, including top executives. Yes, a company obsessed with algorithms, data and AI is downsizing, while suddenly and without warning, reporting theatrical box office numbers. This is a larger tell than you think.
Perhaps Netflix is discovering something Hollywood has known for a century… technology can predict behavior, but it can’t manufacture cultural relevance. That’s theatrical. Always has been. And they’re finally acknowledging that.
Ironic because Netflix spent two decades convincing Hollywood that the theatrical model was becoming obsolete… and now it’s experimenting with the very system it helped undermine.
This movie I cannot wait to see. It has all the vibes.
Believe in the impossible. #IPlayRocky in select theaters November 6, everywhere November 20. Tickets on sale now.
Personal agents are making screens less useful for work. I love watching movies on big screens (Dolby, IMAX) at the theater. Our family watches TV series together on a large screen at home. But I am finding less use for smaller screens in day to day work. My agents handle it. In many ways, Ai is helping me become more human, more present for the people who matter most. Companies that understand this will lead the frontier.
My @bot went through my X bookmarks, pulled the talks I'd forgotten about, and turned them into a podcast feed in Apple Podcasts. Bookmarks finally became listening on my morning walks. 🎧
If a person is a poor manager of people, they will be a poor manager of Ai agents. This is why most middle management is toast.
SpaceXAI engineer, Lauren Tan:
“250 applications, two years, zero offers. Then he stopped applying as one engineer and showed up as a manager of digital colleagues. We offered him $9000,000.
I wanted my agents to fix bugs for me while I sleep. Now they do. Every time GrokBot gets feedback, my agents triage the issue, write the fix, launch Cloud Agents and come back with a PR - video and screenshots attached. GrokBot is now helping build GrokBot itself.
I’m almost like a manager for my digital colleagues. That’s not a skill gap. That’s a stack gap, and it takes one evening to close.”
Feedback → Triage → Fix → Cloud Agents → PR with video & screenshots
This 24-minute talk shows what happens when agents stop being tools and start becoming the engineering team.
Research → Build → Launch → Improve

It will be taught in cinema classes forever how this film starring Tom Cruise spent $250 million and grossed $8 million opening weekend.
There are so many lessons to be learned around Digger.
I saw this last night. I only saw the trailer. I’m so glad I went in not knowing much. It’s AWESOME. I understand why this film is so divisive. The film is calling out BOTH SIDES. Either side can’t take the criticism, emotions take over, thus bad reviews. For an independent like myself, it’s beyond refreshing to see a movie literally praise each side and relay the sentiment of “the show must go on”. The core message of this incredible film can’t be received by its intended audience because they’re too busy drinking the KoolAid from their respective MSM outlets. For the rest of us, not emotionally driven by a worldview dictated to us, this film is for us. I loved every second of it. Highly recommend it. And see it in IMAX.
Humanity is at an inflection point. About every 20 years. Previous points were public access to the Internet (1994), release of the iPhone (2007). Now, agentic super intelligence. The creative community is so opposed to it that they are missing the boat. @BenAffleck is a breath of fresh air.
