As a #gamedev who has been working from home for the past 5 years (and somewhat a hermit in general) here are some tips. 1. keep your sleeping schedule. It's easy to sleep in, but it can become a habit. 2. Eat healthily. Speaks for itself. 3. Don't smoke at your desk.
