Happy 53rd birthday to Seth MacFarlane! 🎂 His Kermit the Frog impression while performing Liam Neeson’s TAKEN speech on The Graham Norton Show had Tom Cruise absolutely losing it. 😂

Keith Jarrett’s solo performance of “Over the Rainbow” in Tokyo in 1984 is widely regarded as one of the most outstanding and moving piano solo covers of all time. Rather than simply restating the familiar melody, the legendary pianist infused the piece with new life through his brilliant improvisation, refined harmonic structure, and profound emotional depth.

This is the best Christopher Walken impression you’ll ever see in your life. It’s not just the voice. It’s the utter absurdity.

🚨 MILTON FRIEDMAN (1978): Young lawyer asked Milton about when it is okay for a Govt to force a free citizen to act. Did you get the nuance in Milton's question about the difference between "society" and "govt"... Do you think a man should be free to sin?

I've listened to Bach's 'Cantata 54' many times, and it always moves me to tears. But this piano rendition feels even more heavenly.

I haven’t seen it 12 times, but Mad Men is a remarkable artistic achievement. Some of the best scripts ever written, approaching novelistic depth, and fabulous acting from everyone in a huge cast. So much else, too. It is the highest art American television has ever achieved.
I have rewatched Mad Men 12 times in full and I genuinely cannot imagine ever getting sick of it. I still find new things every time to admire. It’s just the best thing ever put on television, a complete portrait of america set during its cultural zenith. It’s a work of art

MAD MEN is the #1 show of the century, probably all-time. Unparalleled depth, performances, themes, emotions; the best drama that is also somehow the best comedy. I know this; you know this; your mom knows this. We don't have to be babies who pretend otherwise.
