Posted this after last year’s Super Bowl win. One year later and Mahomes not only delivered on his promise, but delivered one of (if not the) most clutch game winning drives in SB history. PRECIOUS TIMES BABY #ChiefsKingdom #SBLVIII #MaGoat
“2 of em bro.”
“Yo, 2 of em…we ain’t done though.”
“We ain’t done.”
Pat Mahomes and Chris Jones rejoicing in the shadow of their 2nd SB win together. 👀
Man. There are fanbases that won’t see their team win 1 ring, let alone 2. These are precious times, #ChiefsKingdom! #SBLVII

Hey athletes…
Less:
- Crunches
- Russian Twists
- Toe touches
More:
- Max velocity rotational swings
- Heavy medicine ball throws
- Moderate rotational throws
- Overhead medicine ball throws/slams
- Heavy loaded carries
- Ipsilateral/Contralateral lifts
- Off-set carries

It’s Monday after New Years
Yes the gyms will be busy with new people
Be respectful, you started somewhere too
Many of them won’t stay, some will
Lack of support is a MAJOR reason people quit lifestyle changes
Be reason someone didn’t quit. Give them encouragement ❤️
Just flew coast to coast in less than 4 hours. Never made it to NJ from LA that fast lol thank you @UnitedAirlines 🙏
Also, just wanna remind everyone how elite of a comedy Horrible Bosses is. (Yes I watched it on the flight)
Lmaoo 10+ years later that is unfortunately still me, yes. Canada tho! Love it. Happy halloween!
