Another big launch: Rippling AI Spend Console. Dashboards yes, but also a model router to control spend, and lineage analysis w/ Github data to directly measure engineering ROI. It really works! Our internal results in thread 🧵👇

Founders step on every rake in the garden trying to figure out the Valley. I know, because my forehead is full of rake marks. I decided to interview some of the best investors about where the rakes are hidden in a new series called First Principles, starting with @saranormous. – at San Francisco, CA

Rippling launched its AI analyst today. I'm not just the CEO - I'm also the Rippling admin for our co, and I run payroll for our ~ 5K global employees.
Here are 5 specific ways Rippling AI has changed my job, and why I believe this is the future of G&A software. 🧵 1/n
Recurring GTM mistake I’ve seen: optimizing content for polish instead of fit.
Ex. I built a guide at @Rippling for founders scaling in the AI Era.
Scrappy deck. No design support.
Result? Instant pipeline.
If your audience wants back of the napkin, you better deliver it.
Guide here if anyone wants to see how it landed 👀

Getting promoted isn’t easy, and it can come down to the quality of your manager or the state of the company/broader market.
Here’s four ways to make it impossible for your company to deny your first (or next!), early career promotion:
✅ Make sure your manager knows all your wins. No matter how significant, you should communicate everything you work on (especially if it’s with another team or leader).
Make sure YOU track everything, too. I do this by updating my resume bullets every quarter…
Every interview response should have a clear beginning, middle, and end.
The best thing you can do for your candidacy is build narrative in every response—and most critically—in your overall story.
Make it clear and obvious who you are and what you offer the new company.
Interview prep is as much of a skill as interviewing.
Recognize that and focus on improving your *prep* as much as your interviewing and you’ll see the results.
