⚫ UNCANNY VALLEY: 94% OF AI AGENTS DO NOTHING - BUT YOUR JOB IS STILL ON THE LINE AI agents can’t book meetings, can’t click ads, can’t even admit when they’re wrong. Only 6% of enterprise seats are used. Most agents sit idle—confident, useless, expensive. And yet: entire teams are being restructured around them. Budgets are shifting. Job postings vanish. They’re not replacing workers because AI works—they’re doing it because pretending it does feels safer than admitting AI still weird and broken. CEO of @Youdotcom and Partner at AIX Ventures @RichardSocher joins @OperationDanish to talk about what’s broken now - and the future we’re sleepwalking into. Fridays at 4:20PM ET. Only on 𝕏 00:41 – Why AI won’t kill software—but it will change search forever. 02:41 – “Google is getting unbundled.” Why users are searching somewhere else. 03:53 – Richard’s real focus: powering complex, work-related queries. 05:33 – Why most companies buy AI licenses—but no one uses them. 06:50 – The next skill: managing AI like a team member. 08:45 – Knowledge agents work. Action agents? Still too risky. 09:53 – Why AI can’t book your family trip—yet. 11:09 – Overconfidence is killing trust. Agents need to learn to say “I don’t know.” 13:20 – Intelligence is costly. Most users don’t want to pay for it. 14:33 – Sometimes a button beats a chatbot. Here’s why. 15:29 – Richard’s go-to agent: a research tool that scans 400+ sources. 18:41 – Agents won’t click ads. That could break the web’s business model. 19:41 – What makes Richard’s agent better? Accuracy and real citations. 21:45 – “Search quality makes or breaks agents.” 23:53 – Reverse RAG: how they trace every claim back to its source. 24:50 – Most AI fails on hype. This one’s winning with customers. 26:38 – Every use case has its own hype cycle—agents included. 28:44 – Coding agents are impressive—but still break under pressure. 31:06 – The real moat? Distribution, data, and depth. 33:37 – Regulated industries need a human in the loop—for now. 34:26 – AI nurses are real—but it starts with logistics, not diagnosis. 35:23 – Final take: what’s next in the agent arms race.
⚫️ UNCANNY VALLEY: BUILD FAST, BREAK SOCIETY? WHY RESPONSIBLE AI ISN’T A LUXURY What if the AI race isn’t just about power, but about what kind of future we deserve? Dr. David Danks—Professor at UCSD—joins for a searing talk on whether startups, builders, and agents have any responsibility at all. From agentic chaos to job loss, emergent systems to ignored warning signs, this episode dismantles the lazy binaries of “open vs. closed” and “fast vs. ethical.” What if responsibility is just… better design? Welcome to The Uncanny Valley—Fridays at 4:20PM ET, only on 𝕏. Special Guest: Dr. David Danks Host: @OperationDanish Episode 9: THE PRICE OF IGNORING IMPACT 02:54 – “Responsible AI is just good design.” Why moving fast shouldn’t mean flying blind. 08:19 – Forget alignment. Real responsibility means advancing what matters to others. 11:21 – Why explainability is a distraction—and what users actually want instead. 14:14 – Governments can’t regulate fast enough. Dynamic governance is the only shot. 16:11 – Capitalism isn’t the enemy—but “move fast and break things” might be. 18:36 – Social media broke teens. What will agentic platforms break next? 22:13 – The agentic revolution is coming—and few are even close to ready. 25:17 – “Half a million jobs in 20 days.” The collapse won’t be slow. 27:43 – Flash crashes, fail-safes, and how AI needs the same reset buttons. 30:02 – Coding isn’t the future. Thinking like an engineer is. 34:46 – “We still need to think like algorithms—even if we don’t write them.” 38:02 – Why AI-native builders will destroy today’s senior engineers. 43:31 – One student. Three weeks. Indoor GPS. The future is scrappier than you think. 46:49 – AI can reason—but it can’t question the question. That’s still our job. 52:26 – Final message: “Are we sure?” might be the most responsible line of code you write.

⚫ UNCANNY VALLEY: FLYING CARS ARE REAL—BUT YOU STILL THINK THEY’RE SCI-FI Everyone loves the idea of flying cars—until they see one. And then? The disbelief kicks in. The safety questions. The “not in my city” reflex. But they’re not just real. They’re flying. Legal in multiple countries. Quieter than traffic. Safer than your sedan. In this episode, @OperationDanish sits down with Jim Dukhovny, founder of Alef and creator of the world’s first street-legal flying car. They break down the tech, the trust gap, and why America may fall behind if it doesn’t get out of its own way. Fridays at 4:20PM ET. Only on 𝕏 00:23 – Flying cars, eVTOLs, drones: What’s what—and why it matters 01:59 – China’s legal lead: Behind on tech, ahead on policy 04:19 – “Flying cars” are mostly hype—except this one 06:18 – Why vertical takeoff is a non-negotiable feature 08:08 – Not a drone. Not a toy. A real, road-legal machine 10:14 – The path to affordability: From Roadster to Corolla 11:57 – How it’s simpler—and stronger—than today’s cars 14:16 – Inside the propulsion system that makes it fly 17:32 – Why hardware is back in Silicon Valley 23:45 – Software still powers flight—and scale 25:12 – What happens if @ElonMusk enters the space? 26:42 – Why real competition helps legitimize the category 29:26 – FAA vs. China: Who clears the skies first? 31:16 – Where it’s already legal—and how rollout begins 35:34 – Can you ride one today? Technically, yes 37:18 – It’s 4–16x safer than your car. Here’s the math 38:26 – Why the biggest barrier isn’t tech—it’s trust

DeFi has matured into an ecosystem that is ready for global finance at institutional scale. OLY's goal is to reimagine battle-tested primitives and build an ecosystem on what already works. Our stETH treasury holds ETH exposure while earning staking yield. Protocol-owned Uniswap positions earn fees in multiple assets, whether the market is rising or falling. Tax revenue funds the protocol from organic market activity. Most income will come from taxes as the protocol scales. This revenue is already being spent building positions designed to eventually out-earn it. Every day of accumulated income brings us closer to shifting this balance in a way that rewards long-term holders for their alignment with OLY's vision for a liquidity layer for DeFi across Ethereum and Robinhood. $OLY is integrating itself into the infrastructure for the future of DeFi, not just the next market cycle.

Most DeFi protocols treat selling as something they have to survive. @Oly_Dao is trying to make it part of the engine. OLY collects market sell taxes in ETH, then routes that value into protocol vaults, staker payouts, liquidity, and buy-and-burn mechanisms. Instead of relying entirely on token emissions, the goal is to build a treasury of productive assets that can generate value for the ecosystem over time. Turn activity into assets. Put those assets to work. Reward long-term alignment. The OLY mint phase is now live. Full episode dropping within the next hour. On this episode of the Roundtable, the panel discussed the latest market rebound, interest-rate expectations, Bitcoin short liquidations, AI and upcoming IPOs, and the growing role of Robinhood in bringing crypto, tokenized assets, and prediction markets to a broader audience. Special thanks to @Oly_Dao for joining the discussion and sharing how OLY is building a DeFi-focused ecosystem across Ethereum and Robinhood Chain, using protocol-owned liquidity, long-term treasury strategies, and its LP defense model. What if one token could capture value from multiple areas of DeFi at the same time? That’s the idea behind @Oly_Dao. OLY uses tax revenue generated within its ecosystem to expand across DeFi, including Uniswap liquidity, staked ETH, RWAs, and other future integrations. These positions can generate revenue of their own, creating multiple sources of value for the ecosystem and its staking pool rather than relying solely on OLY trading volume. Trading generates revenue. Protocol-owned liquidity generates fees. Staked ETH generates yield. Buy-and-burns reduce supply, while LP Defense strengthens liquidity as the ecosystem grows. The goal is a flywheel where OLY continuously expands what it owns and participates in across DeFi. OLY is currently in its 45-day launch phase, with three minting tiers designed to reward longer commitments with better entry terms. We broke down how it all works and where OLY plans to expand next. Stay tuned, the full episode drops shortly. Learn more: cjn.link/oly Disclaimer: This content was produced in collaboration with the client and is intended for informational purposes only.
