People spent 16 years begging for the BCS to get bigger. They resisted.
People spent a decade begging for the CFP to expand beyond 4. They resisted.
For the first time ever, people are saying "We like it at the size it is, really."
They blew it up within 3 years.

Reminder that according to ESPN, if BYU wins their game on Saturday, they would still have less chance of making the playoffs than the team they would have beaten.

“If you take out OU and Texas, and also don’t count the Big 12 teams beating them, and don’t count wins from teams before they joined the Big 12, and don’t count Bowl Games or Conference Champ Games, and only count games played on Wednesday, or games played in a Leap Year….”

Baylor is a missed 2-pt conversion away against an SEC team from being undefeated and they still aren’t even receiving votes. The hater in me is pleased, but this is injustice.
4-1 Ole Miss:
• 24-point loss to unranked Florida
• Best win: 2-loss LSU
5-0 Texas Tech:
• Undefeated
• Best win: #20 Houston
Ole Miss has a horrible loss and a less impressive win, but they do have the SEC logo on their jerseys, so put them ahead!
