It took me 2 years to get to $10k MRR.
Never went viral, never grew with ads.
Never had an audience.
I just followed the advice of the ones who did it before me.
Here's the advice:
Taking my own advice
Shipping a SICK chrome extension for romeoseo.com this week🤞
BUILD A CHROME EXTENSION RIGHT NOW
Every day my app's extension gets:
- 50 downloads
- 150 page views
- 3k Impressions
And it's all just a funnel to my main product
The other benefits:
- A backlink from Google (100 DR)
- Extensions show up in Google Searches
Here's exactly what you need to do:
Step 1: Identify the extension to build
Hot take: do not build the most valuable extension in terms of functionality
Optimise for search volume
Give this prompt to your agent:
"We want to create a Chrome Extension for my product. Analyse my product and the Chrome Web Store. Put together a short list of possible extensions we could build. Then go to the Chrome Web Store. Search for similar extensions. Give me the best options not just based on the functional value of the extension, but based on search volumes, competition, and possibilities of us ranking high in the search of the chrome web store"
Generally, if the search volume for your product is high in Google, it'll be high in the chrome web store
Step 2: Build it
Honestly, any agent can one-shot this nowadays
Step 3: LOCALISE IT
Ask Claude to localise your extension into the main European languages.
Step 4: Publish it
Important: Your description needs to contain keywords that people search for.
Tell Claude to find the top 5 chrome extensions that are similar to yours, analyse their descriptions, and then create your description
Step 5: Record a super quick Youtube demo
Having videos on your Chrome page is important
Step 6: Optimise
That's it!
I made $26,885 in October 2026
🎙️ Voicy - $19,822
🐈⬛ RomeoSEO - $959
🧑💻 Contracts - $5,626
🎥 Youtube - $500
I'm down like $5k from last month because I stopped one contracting gig
But romeoseo.com went from $269 to nearly $1k in revenue this month!!!
Biggest win this month: I stopped looking at Stripe every hour.
I had fun building things again.
I stopped doing a contract role I didn't enjoy.
Life is good and I'm so grateful❤️

My wife is going to love this❤️
Installing right now
"Android users don't pay" is a lie
My numbers are tiny, but Android always makes me more than iOS.
If you have an iOS app, there is no reason why you shouldn't build the Android version.
You have no excuses. Even if it's a native app.
257% growth rate so in 2 years my MRR
will be
$17.61 quadrillion
Not bad

The football app I use is using my pictures for marketing
I wish I was in Europe to sue the living hell out of them🥲
Everyone talking about @wisprflow vs @meetgranola today
But let me show you how my tiny app beats VC-backed giants like Wispr in SEO
And how you can do it too
Building in public? I just added my projects here: founder.page/buildingwaves?c…

Thank god I don’t target tech bros with @VoicyApp
Race to the bottom with those guys

SEO 101: How I improve my rankings (25k visitors/month)
Today: Content Gap Analysis
Here's how to do it:
1. Pick the page you want to improve
2. Use the First Page Analysis in RomeoSEO.com
3. Implement the suggestions
OR to do it for free:
1. Pick the page to improve
2. Select 3-4 keywords that you want to optimise for
3. Google those keywords
4. Find the top 5 results
5. Analyse each page and find out what they do that you don't do
6. Implement that on your site
7. Monitor
I bought Google yesterday
I’ll buy more today
Google is down bad for no apparent reason
So today I have been loading up on $GOOG stock (well $GOOGL but they're mostly the same) for in my eyes very cheap
I just Facetime'd with my dad and we talked about ChatGPT and he answered "yes I cancelled my ChatGPT because it's on Google now"
I asked what the jackfriks he meant
He said "so Google Search has AI now and I trust it more because it links back to sources etc"
My survival thesis is we have to be co-owner of BigTech and BigAI while they become to sole owners of exponential intelligence which will replace a lot of our businesses and which they will then sell back to us
I'm doing what I'm saying
Raising the price of @romeoseocom to $99/month in 48 hours
Tooooo much heat🔥😮💨
2 weeks ago I was on Starter Story
Here are the numbers📊:
+600 visits from Youtube
+580 Google searches for my brands
+60 visits from the Starter Story website
+137 downloads of @VoicyApp
+ 8 new trials on @romeoseocom
+150 new X followers(!!)
In summary:
My conversion rate on those visits was super low, but that's expected. My product isn't marketing to that audience.
I LOVED being on Starter Story. Truly a dream come true.
Last week I went to a startup event and somebody actually recognised me from it!
Thank you @starter_story @gus_tiffer for having me❤️

In Eastern Europe, this is a 10/10 review.
In comparison, the American equivalent is:
"Your product is so good I will name my first child after it."
He's talking about romeoseo.com btw;)
