$500 MRR with Romeoseo.com 🥳 It took 3 months to get here With Voicy ($12kMRR) it took 9 MONTHS!!! Some learnings from this: 1. B2B is the faster route to MRR My B2C product costs $8.49/month. I'd need 59 customers to reach this MRR. With Romeo it took 6 customers 2. You get better with every new launch You get a feel for what does and doesn't matter in the product. E.g. with Voicy the V1 was overengineered, had way too many features nobody asked for, and was weird to use. None of those issues with Romeo 3. I need a repeatable acquisition process I got most of my customers from 2 X articles that did really well. I obviously can't recreate that every day. Gotta find a proper way to consistently get new users on board. I'm thinking outbound, more articles, and (of course) SEO
