This is genuinely not a good luck and yet again it’s Chelsea fans who will take the flack but tell me again how when the vetting process happens for owners buying clubs, this sort of thing isn’t immediately picked up on. It was a multi-billion pound transaction.

Had Forest and Villa avoided each other last season we could have seen back to back all English EL finals. Three of the last four ECLs have been won by PL teams. European football in general is just a lot easier than it was.

Great that Bournemouth are doing well. Think the issue is it’s only really four clubs competing with the PL teams (PSG, RM, Barca, BM). In the last six seasons, almost all PL defeats in CL knockout stages have been versus those four.
