The woman journalist has accused, the police officer of groping her breast, an act of molestation. So now, 2 FIRs will have to be registered. One for the crime of molestation under Sec. 76 BNS. Second, for non-registration of the FIR under Sec 199 BNS. Investigation can be transferred to the Crime Branch after registering both the FIRs.
