St. Michael coach Philip Rivers on reports linking him to the head coaching job at his alma mater, N.C. State.
Yeah Mike, we’re going to need you to give PR your multi-million dollar IBL home for a few years…
“It’s worth the risk... You only get one shot to hire Phillip Rivers.”
Mike Glennon told @dannykanell he is all in on Phillip Rivers as next Head Coach of @PackFootball.
Our fanbase would revolt if they hired Satterfield. He ran away from Louisville.

@ESPNRittenberg joins ACC PM to discuss potential candidates for the NC State opening 👀
I want PR just like most fans. I’m sure he would want the job. The question is will he do that to his family? They have six kids still in the house. Tiffany and co waited a long time to move back to Ala. to be close to family. Will they be willing to relocate again?
I could watch this all day

…doesn’t just impact Dave but also his staff and all of their families. Those collateral consequences are the ugly part of these situations.
-I’m grateful for Dave’s tenure. We’ve had sustained stability that we’ve never had before.
-DD produced some legendary players…
…and multiple all-Americans, national award winners, and NFL stars.
-Dave recruited some incredible members of his staff that have gone on to remarkable success.
-DD just could never get over the hump. Every time we were close, we’d have a bad hire and it would set the…
I wanted to wait a bit before posting about the firing of DD to allow my thoughts to process.
-Dave is a good guy, he truly cares about his players, and his players love him.
-It’s sad when anyone has to be let go from a job they had for 14 years.
-Remember that this…
Hmm. Rivers as head coach and then this guy as our OC… notice his home town.
