Quick question @CTA: did we accidentally absorb the Metra schedule, or did these guys miss the memo that 'Train Beers' are only legal on the outbound to Naperville? Because there is an entire pregame happening right now. SB Red Line. Run 815 ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿบ

And so here we are. This statement from Trump blows my mind. That a sitting president would not let any renovations to a public building go on unless he gets to first put his name in the said buildingโ€ฆ What a sad state of affairs. What a tragedy. Actually, how small minded, how narcissistic. Actually great men, devoted to public service and the public good do not act like this. It seems that this man will not rest until his name is permanently connected to the name of a great president, whose memory this building was dedicated to. Imagine spending your time and your days focused on this, as everyday Americans struggle with healthcare, gas prices, rent, and food. Imagine spending your days focused on this, while a war rages under your leadership. Enough said. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Ron White to Joe Rogan: Talarico didn't cost this state $6 million in fines and lawsuits, and that happened with Ken Paxton. Guess who paid that $6 million? You and me paid the $6 million for his bribery. His own party impeached him. He's a criminal. He's a piece of shit.

People keep saying Trump term II is the most corrupt administration ever, so I built a model to find out if it was true. I took the UN's definition of corruption, turned it into eight criteria and 100 points, and scored the leaders history remembers for looting their countries: Marcos, Suharto, Mobutu, Abacha, Obiang, Putin. Then I put every president since Eisenhower on the same scale, both parties, with every exoneration counted right alongside the convictions. Nixon scored 41 and no other American President scored over a 25. Trump's second term scored a 91, which ties him with Suharto and Mobutu and puts him above Marcos and Abacha. So he is not only the most corrupt president in American history. At this pace he finishes his term level with the most corrupt rulers of the last hundred years. PSA: don't come in my comments arguing about the results if you haven't read the full article, because ignorance is a choice. Full article is up now on my Substack (link in bio) and it's free.

Republicans spent years demanding answers about Hunter Biden. MS NOW asked them about 15 companies backed by Trumpโ€™s sons receiving $3.2 billion in federal support. Suddenly, they had nothing to say. Apparently, corruption only matters when a Democrat can be blamed.

I've never seen anything like this. The Trump admin just granted preliminary approval of a federal bank charter to the family's crypto firm World Liberty Financial. Remember: Trump raked in almost $800 million from WLF last year. No president has used their power to profit the way Trump has.

Steve Schmidt, who ran John McCain's 2008 campaign for president, was interviewed on MSNOW. In response to a very general question regarding the Trump presidency, Mr. Schmidt spoke for two minutes and gave the most insightful and brutally honest response of what the Trump presidency has done to our great country: "Donald Trump has been the worst president this country has ever had. And, I don't say that hyperbolically. He is. But he is a consequential president. And, he has brought this country in three short years to a place of weakness that is simply unimaginable if you were pondering where we are today from the day where Barack Obama left office. And, there were a lot of us on that day who were deeply skeptical and very worried about what a Trump presidency would be. But this is a moment of unparalleled national humiliation, of weakness.โ€ "When you listen to the President, these are the musings of an imbecile. An idiot. And I don't use those words to name call. I use them because they are the precise words of the English language to describe his behavior. His comportment. His actions. We've never seen a level of incompetence, a level of ineptitude so staggering on a daily basis by anybody in the history of the country whose ever been charged with substantial responsibilities.โ€ "It's just astonishing that this man is president of the United States. The man, the con man, from New York City. Many bankruptcies, failed businesses, a reality show, that branded him as something that he never was. A successful businessman. Well, he's the President of the United States now, and the man who said he would make the country great again. And he's brought death, suffering, and economic collapse on truly an epic scale. And, let's be clear. This isn't happening in every country around the world. This place. Our place. Our home. Our country. The United States. We are the epicenter. We are the place where you're the most likely to die from this disease. We're the ones with the most shattered economy. And we are, because of the fool that sits in the Oval Office behind the Resolute Desk." @SteveSchmidtSES r/t Ron Tipton

He doesn't care anymore. It's just non-stop, in-your-face corruption. The latest? If you pay Trump $100,000 a month, he will give you advance White House announcements on economic and trade policy. An insider trading subscription service. People will go to jail for this.
