'Chelsea arrived with us a few months ago, she was found straying on the mountain where it looks likely that sheโd been dumped. It took some time to catch her but eventually she was caught and brought to us. Unsurprisingly she was never claimed.
Chelsea has taken some time to trust humans, she was a very timid girl when she arrived and itโs taken months to get her confident enough to come out of kennel and into our enclosed field.
Sheโs not yet happily walking on a lead but weโre definitely heading in the right direction!
Her best friend Chase is definitely helping to show her the way, you wonโt see one without the other ๐๐
It would be lovely if they were rehomed together but I do understand rehoming one large black dog is a big ask so I doubt weโll find someone to adopt the 2?
But if they arenโt rehomed together Chelsea MUST be rehomed with a confident resident dog.
Chelsea is dog friendly, sheโs very calm around dogs, sheโs actually a very calm dog in general! She has a very sweet nature and loves spending time with the humans she now trusts. Sheโd benefit from a calm home with someone willing to give her time to come out of her shell and bond in her own time.
Chelsea is around 2y.o and a very small, broken coated Lurcher, sheโs probably got Staffie in there somewhere as you can see by her face ย She can be rehomed with teenagers and above and sheโs not met cats.
Chelsea has come so far in our care but she now needs a home to further her progress. We just know that in the right home sheโll blossom into the most perfect companion' - @WWPdogs

'Breed: Belgian Shepherd Dog (Malinois)
Meet Merlin and Luka, a pair of charming Belgian #Malinois aged nine and seven. These loyal boys arrived at Bleakholt after their owner sadly had to move into a care home ๐ ๐ ๐
They have clearly been well loved and well trained: they walk beautifully on both lead and harness and remain calm and non-reactive around other dogs.
Although experience with Malinois is an advantage, it isnโt essential.
They are large in size, yet their manners are impeccable. Given their age and stature, Merlin and Luka would thrive as the only pets in the household. They would make ideal companions for a single person, a couple, or a family with older teenagers who are confident around bigger dogs.
If you believe you can offer this wonderful duo a loving home, please complete the online application form and give Merlin and Luka the chance they truly deserve.'

Still 0 enquiries for this handsome lad. No calls, no emails, no messages.

We try to help these animals into new homes through no fault of their own and sometimes it becomes impossible.
Please share if you can see this.
This handsome lad is still waiting for a new home.
Teddy is a 5 year old male Mastiff mix - he is available and looking for a new home.
He eats Ava sensitive skin and stomach mix from Pets at Home.
Teddy is good in the car but only use to short journeys.
He sleeps in the kitchen at night but would sometimes also sleep in his owners bed.
He is registered with the vets and can be left on his own if you need to go out.
Teddy is a big boy, he may knock small kids over, so he would suit a home with older dog savvy kids 10+.
He loves people and is good once he gets a clap, but he is wary of men wearing hats.
Teddy walks well on the lead and he use to go walking with a dog walker and was fine.
Teddy loves a ball rope, he likes to chew on the rope until it's untied.
He likes treats.
There isn't much that Teddy doesn't like, however he doesn't like the sound of metal/shutter noise as he got a fright when he was a puppy.
Teddy loves lying in bed under the covers. He would be best in a home with no other pets or cats.
He isn't really fussed by other dogs when he is out walking.
Teddy knows basic commands.
For more information or to offer Teddy a new home please email [email protected]

He has dog tested well, I have a video for interested rescues.
Thai lad needs an understanding place as is is sensitive, although he has been well behaved since he has been in the system, there is some history, I can elaborate on with rescues.
